S: Mixed nuts, raspberries

L: 3 tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, mushroom, vine tomatoes and asparagus. Blackberries. 'Traffic light' ice pop

S: Mixed nuts

D: 4 vegetable spring rolls. Rice Krispies w/ soya milk and agave nectar

S: Teddy bear 'wine gums' :D

Yest'day
B: gf muesli, banana, tea, rice milk
M: smoothie (baby spinach, 2 bananas), 4 x green tea
L: green posole jackfruit stew w/ hominy & white beans, 2 corn tortillas, 2 x green peppermint tea
A: 3 x green peppermint tea, water
D: same as lunch but with lime and avocado, 1 slice of gf basil tomato bread w/ Nuttelex, water

Veggie Fried Rice: Sushi Rice, Braggs, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Almonds, Carrots, Sui Choy, Kale & Red Cabbage
Fajita Salad: Seasoned Rice, Spinach, Red Onions, Corn, Black Beans, Avocado & Homemade Salsa
TEA!!! Lots of tea! Green Tea Mint & Lemon Ginger :)

handful of macadamia nuts
baked potato, green beans, and steamed cauliflower with marg and gravy
raw baby carrots with hummus
leftover seitan curry with veggies and vermicelli

Yesterday:
1)Large bowl of cereal with OJ instead of soy/whatever milk
2)Refried rice and chickpea curry
3)Deep fried vegan haggis supper (chippie near here does it)
4)A few handfuls of peanuts
5)Couple slices of plum shortbread w/hawthorn syrup
6)One tomatoey/beany pasty

Today so far:
1)Couple handfuls of peanuts
2)One of the above pasties

A typical day might be:
1) Big bowl of dry muesli
2) A few slices of fried sugared bread
3) A few apples, maybe a banana
4) Tin of baked beans poshified with onions, tatties, curry spices, ginger, with a few bits of toast
5) Freshly picked chamomile, meadowsweet, mint etc tea
6) Leftover sandwich (or two or three) (containing last night's slop and some lettuce)
7) Maybe cook up some stew/reheat if there's any left, typically containing at least onions, garlic, tatties, beans/lentils, veg, stock and spices
8) snack on whatever's around, and random berries that I pick

Leftover fattoosh salad (parsley, lettuce, tomato, various other veggies, baked pita, tons of garlic---bad idea for work)
2 falafel sandwiches with the works
Apple juice

I was so hungry when I got home, that I scarfed down 2 large falafel sandwiches (deep fried too) stuffed to the point of breaking with veggies and tahini sauce. That was 5 hours ago and I'm still uncomfortably stuffed. :o 'Twas good, though.

Homemade pickled veggies (locally, we call this "chow") with crackers

D: Homemade pizza (tomato puree, red onion, mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper) and homemade garlic bread

i am sick with a sore throat so my meals have been weird. a little more solid food in today though - i've been living on soup!

2 popsicles
apple cake
butternut squash soup
chipotle corn bisque
mac & "cheese"
popsicle

not a very healthy day but if it doesn't hurt too much going down i'll eat it!

+ lots of fizzy water and throat lozenges

B: Rice Krispies w/ soya milk and agave nectar
L: Tortilla wraps fiilled w/ lettuce, spring onion, yellow pepper, vine tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus. Handful of mixed nuts. 'Cherryade' ice pop
D: Jacket potato on bed of spinach, rocket and watercress salad w/ raw sides of red pepper, green pepper, carrot, mushrooms, avocado, red onion plus a low fat guacamole topping

Wednesday (stuck on an industrial estate with only a WHSmiths nearby!):

B: Crisps
L: Crisps. Fruit (strawberries, red grapes, plum) which was the only vegan part of the provded buffet lunch!
D: 2 vegetable samosas and more crisps (bought from M&S at a services on the way home)

Today will be:

B: Rice Krispies w/ soya milk and agave nectar (I am not addicted in the slightest, honest)
S: Blueberries and mixed nuts
L: Chinese vegetable spring rolls
D: Innocent pot (Mexican Sweet Potato Chilli)

Ryvita, hummus and sliced tomato.
Cranberry juice with Floravital.
Green lentil, carrot, spinach and tomato stew. Brown rice.

Today so far:
Avocado, spinach, tomato and mayonnaise sandwich.
Cranbery juice with Floravital.

L: Linda McC sausages in soft white finger rolls w/ fried onion and ketchup
D: Hot ciabatta w/ Pure

I enjoyed yesterday's food so much I'm going to do exactly the same today, but with the addition of tomato and basil soup at dinner! :D

OMG, I haven't had cheesecake in years. I need to make some!
