yesterday:

thick slice of cinnamon raisin toast with earth balance
dried figs and brazil nuts
slice of bread with garlic hummus
tofu scramble w/ onions, green peppers, spinach, nutritional yeast
tater tots with ketchup
english muffin with earth balance and marmalade
1/2 grapefruit
orange juice
teas (orange-vanilla rooibos, green chai w/ soymilk, black decaf, chcolate mint oolong)

the shikari tofu noodles are AMAZING!!!!!!!!

only 40 cals for a ENTIRE bag, which makes a entire bowl.


there are speical ways to cook em to taste good, i make good stirfrys w em. (veggis and the noodles make a huge bowl and about 140 calories and fills you up)

today:

breakfast: 2 cups of kamut puffs, half cup of unsweet.almond milk. cup of peaches warmed up. energy drink.

snack: rice cakes

lunch: brown rice avacado cucumber roll =]

snack: 3 pickles

dinner: shikari tofu noodles, veggies mixed in w noodles. and cup of beans.

snack: 2 cups of peaches

4 bean and tomato soup
boca chicken on Ezekiel toast with onion dressing
broiled tofu dipped in Buffalo wing sauce

i found some raspberry and coconut cookies in the cupbaord today.

if anyone would say to me "i 'found' some raspberry and coconut cookies in my cupboard today!" id be all like...whaat?! how can you just not even KNOW they were in there??

anyhow i dindt eat any, no i dont think so. but ive wanted to cram ALL of them in, im really craving bad foods today.

i had cold leftover spinach lasagne. i dont know why i didnt heat it up?
a humongous coffee with syrup in it
rice
spinach, okra spud and aubergine curry
lentils..oh so many lentils.
i was going to have strawberries but anna ate them all. oh on, she left me three.

i really want to eat something now. i might have some cereal or something.
those sharon fruit that are never ripening in the bowl are torturous.

- bowl of veggis (80 cal pack)

snack: 80 cals
- 6 rice puff cakes...AGAIN

dinner: 320 cals
- cup of beans (160 cals)
-shikariri tofu noodles (40 cals)
- 3 rice puff cakes (40 cals)
- bowl of veggies (80 cals)

snack: 170 cals
- cup of mangoe (100cals)
- cup of peaches (70 cals)


GRAND TOTAL: 1,070 give or take

Breakfast: Multigrain crackers, coffee
Midmorning snack: tangerine
Lunch: Spicy carrot, potato and cauliflower pasty (still warm, mmm!) from the wholefood shop, and a falafel, salad and hummus cob.
Afternoon snack: Dried figs.
Dinner: Wholemeal toast with spread and yeast extract, very garlicky bean stew (3 cloves of garlic!) with spinach, sweetcorn and carrot in.
A single square of white dairy free choc :)

Drinks: aforementioned coffee, plus minty tea, orange squash and water.

I WISH that I wasn't deathly allergic to peanuts! That larabar sounds lovely and the pasta salad sounds pretty awesome too. Sucks that so many yummy chocolate thingies have either peanuts, cashews or walnuts, which I'm also allergic too :down:

Today I ate a sandwich with rye bread, pure sunflower margarine and pure soy cheese. I wonder if they make sunflower cheese..
Then a New York bagel, a carrot, three apples, some kind of an organic Canadian nut and seed bar with lots of sugar and a can of garden peas.
I eat too much. :<

Kanopa, that doesn't sound that much to me. Re. sunflower cheese - I know you can get different flavour sunflower spreads which I presume are a bit like soft cheese or hummous, in a some European countries. I forget which, I saw it on the Vegan Backpacker website and thought they looked interesting!

I've had
B: multigrain crackers, dried figs, coffee
L: falafel, hummous and salad cob, half a chocolate sultana flapjack (which also turned out to have coconut in it. It was really nice!)
Afternoon snacks: multigrain crackers, handful of "breakfast sprinkle" (various seeds and dried fruit), Alpro vanilla custard pot with a spoonful of cocoa powder stirred in.

Am going out to dinner this evening, think I'm going to have mushroom curry, as the place I'm going does a really nice unusual one, with hints of cinnamon.

Smallish bowl of oats w/ soymilk
Green tea w/ chickpea chips and a grain-and-seed-bar-thingy

For lunch I went into the city cos it was my birthday, and had an awesome fake fish and chips thingy. They used bean curd, and they must've marinated it and stuff, then wrapped it in some sea veggie for the fishy taste, and then fried it like "normal" fish and chips. It was really awesome, I actually thought it was actual fish cos it felt and looked like fish, but it wasn't. Was looking forward to having desserts (that's why I went to this place cos the entire dessert menu was vegan lol) but they had NO desserts AT ALL. I was bummed :down:

Anyway, dinner is just going to be chocolate cake, vegan of course lol

Had they just ran out of them all or something Moondance? That sucks!
I ate very crappily yesteday even though it was one of my 'Non Diet' days.
2 mugs of soup whilst at work, bag of crisps (chips)...that kept me going I was starving for some reason!
Got home had 8 popadums and some home-made guacamole (I looove making guac but it's soooo fattening! Was good though)
Then for supper I made some instant noodles in spicy sauce.
I am going to try cook some new recipe or such today for me and friends.

Thanks, it was really, really nice. It was the first time that I've ever had "fake" stuff lol (dinner definitely made up for it! :)) Thanks! I am no longer a teenager, so depressing :down::lol:

Nibbled at food whilst cooking (pizza, potato wedges/sweet potato wedges-and now realise I still hate the things!)
Then I made garlic bread and will probably have some of that later and some more noodles (Yay non-diet day!)

Bowl of cereal (wheat squares)
M'judera (Middle Eastern dish of lentils and bulgur) eaten with salad, hot peppers, and pita bread
Orange juice
Nachos! (tortilla chips, rice cheez, tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, soy sour cream)

Lunch: avacado n cucumber brown rice roll!! (vegan sushi)

Snack: 9 rice cakes

Dinner: bowl of veggies. Bowl of brusselsproats. Shiktari noodles in a cup of veggie broth


Snack: cup peaches. Cup strawberries

Went out for South Indian veg buffet for lunch :)

I had lentil doughnuts, and yummy chutneys (lemon, mango and coconut), salad, rice, potato curry (in a creamy coconut sauce - really good!), aubergine curry and black beans, popadoms, with passion fruit juice and water to drink.

This afternoon I had an ice cream soda made with swedish glace and fizzy cream soda :)

Not sure what's for dinner yet...

Two cups of home made sweet-potato soup
Nibbled pie whilst cooking it for someone
Made an awesome 'fried' tomato and chilli pizza with parmezano.
