I had 2 slices of toast in the morning(I'm addicted...), but other than that my day was raw :) Gonna finish off the loaf and see how many days I can go without toast :p

yesterday was shameful, but I'm going to work out today, so...

coffee and diet soda
leftover eggplant in garlic sauce (breaded and fried)
leftover eggplant parm (breaded and fried) with linguine
2 slices cheeseless pizza (fried crust)
2 ww wraps with tofu scramble, Dayia cheese and hot sauce
2 oreos and a chocolate football

today with be better :o

Yesterday:

pnb & 4 fruit jelly sandwich on oat nut bread
2 glasses of vanilla soymilk
brown basmati rice
kidney beans, sauteed onion and garlic, crushed tomatoes, spices
2 rolls w/ earth balance
chocolate chip cookies
potato chip (crisp) crumbs from the end of the bag
lots of black decaf tea
(i made a huge salad w/ 6+ veggies in it, but felt too full for it, so I went for the choc. chip cookies instead)

faux chicken marsala w/mushrooms (skinny bitch: ultimate everyday cookbook)
roasted fingerling potatoes

few mixed drinks

I had a lot of quinoa today.

Breakfast:
half grapefruit
quinoa and veggies (leftover)
1 homemade apple cinnamon muffin

Lunch
rest of quinoa and veggies
piece of baguette

Dinner
quinoa and homemade fresh tomato sauce (really good)
piece of baguette

Later (because I was dragged out on a Saturday even though I have shit to do tomorrow and they kept me out long enough to get hungry again):
Medium fry from Jack in the Box
1 homemade muffin because I wanted something sweet.

Also I had about a handful of potato chips and some jellybean things earlier in the day. And an Oreo. And coffee. And chai tea. :eek:

By the way I try to stop eating three hours before bed. I'm still awake because of the fries and muffin. :(

Wow...I just realized how much junk I had today. I try not to eat like this normally. I really need to start cutting back on the sugar, because Diabetes Land, here I come! It runs in my family, and I really like my feet and eyesight. :rolleyes:

veg medley burger with sweet onion dressing on Ezekiel toast
bowl of tom yum soup w tofu
plate of pad thai flavored noodles

banana
vegan sausage roll [300 calories]
2* apples
2 glasses of water


I didn't have much yesterday. I never do on Saturdays. I work such long hours that I don't get chance to have much and am usually to knackered when I come home [at 10pm!] to start cooking...

Breakfast: hummus spread on toasted bread with some flax seeds and radishes.

Lunch: pizza with squash and roasted red pepper

Cupcakes :D

Dinner: MORE PIZZA.

B: Rye sourdough toast and hummous, orange juice.
L: Mushroom risotto, waldorf-ish salad, green salad, sourdough bread. Pudding was baked apple with rasins and sultanas replacing the core and a small piece of my mum's almond and plum cake.
Afternoon: 200ml chocolate Rice Dream drink.
D: Lazy - just pittas with hummous and tomatoes and a few crisps, and a class of orange squash.

veg medley burger on 1 slice toasted Ezekiel with onion dressing

glass or 2 of wine

dinner is going to be from Appetite for Reduction:

Mushroom Tibs
Ye'abesh Gomen

^ im so impressed you had a pudding at lunch twinkle!

i had all bran..generic actual vegan variety, some alpro soya low fat might as well be water milk
thjen i played enslaved for 7 hours and forgot all about eating.
then i made spinach noodles, spinach, chilli garlic ginger, courgette brocolli and red pepper gloop. it was amazing.
im thinking maaaaybe a little something now..

I have had a week off dieting. I wanted to see if I could eat healthily but a bit more than I usually do on weekdays, and maintain not gain back weight I have lost.
BUT
I then came on my period. So I guess I can't see for sure. Gr.

Today though it was the weekend.. I had ;
Home made potato bread with garlic and tomato
Cup of soup
Thai curry-I made it but cheated, I used pre-made paste.

^Barry and Ruby, you guys made my day. I think I have seriously been eating like crap. Of course the real crap days I dare not post......hahahaha.

A lot of that food (including the whoopie pie Rubes) was from WF. I would LOVE to make whoopie pies but these days I barely boil water.

no way ive lost weight this week eating the stuff ive shovelled in

all bran, red s. milk a banana and an apple, massive coffee and syruppy crap.
spinach noodles, spinach, chilli garlic, ginger, spinach, courgettes, brocolli, mushrooms, stock, red peppers = MEGA SOUP!
tinned spaghetti, more mushrooms, frys hot dogs, strawberry yogurt

^ Those soy dogs sound good at the moment. :)

B. tried to make a miso soup with nori, then decided that I hate hot nori, so I didn't eat it. I had about a cup of rice.
L. I made some bean soup and had some more rice with it.
S. fried rice with bok choy, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and tempeh. Muy bueno.

I'm trying to eat macrobiotically as much as possible.

I was craving something sweet after lunch so baked a banana in th oven for about 15 minutes and had a scoup of lemon sorbet with it. Surprisingly good, th hot banana with th cold lemon was lush :)

I'm going to Florida in 3 weeks, so it's time to do some shape shifting!

teeccino with soy milk
mountain mojo clif
soup- marigold bouillion, 1 bundle buckwheat soba noodles, 1 block tofu and lots of chinese cabbage
green tea
dinner will be acorn squash stuffed with brown rice and kale

eta: also had a packet of chocolate buttons, a caramel choice, a small handful of walnuts and 3 blackberries.

Has anyone tried Rice Dream ice cream? They just got some in at the grocery store and I was wondering if it was any good.

The bars and novelty stuff are very good. I don't know if I've tried the actual ice cream though...
