cherries, ripened to perfection bananas..a pint of coffee..im so loving the good coffee atm.
sw (green book) veg soup (celery..YEAH!! I ATE CELERY..leeks, onions, carrots split peas) with yesterdays left over rice, nooch ans sprouted adzuki beans. pretty good. all 'free/superfree'. im thinking a 2nd bowlful??
not sure about later. maybe some pasta..i got some watercress needs eating up..and 3 mushrooms. i could make something amazing with those things, right??

hot quinoa flakes cereal w/ slivered almonds, diced apple, raisins, cinnamon, soymilk, brown sugar
big glass of juice (1/2 oj, 1/2 grapefruit)
boca burger on ww bun w/ tofutti cheese, arugula, tomato, vegenaise
french fries w/ ketchup and vegenaise
baked beans
about 8 crackers with tofutti cream cheese and mango pepper jelly
tea (sugar plum spice, decaf black)

B: wholemeal toast with raspberry jam
L: cold baked potatoes and a large red pepper chopped up with mustard and plamil mayo to dress
Afternoon: mashed banana with cocoa powder and cinnamon - it was an experiment, it was okay but I probably won't repeat it.
D: Was going to make pizza but haven't even got as far as the dough yet, so might be stir fry with tofu instead. Wish I had some noodles.

I did non-dieting for 2 weeks, even though I ate nicely and not any rubbish, and I stayed at the same weight, which was okay if I hadn't have gained those 3lbs!So, I dieted for a week, and am the same weight, still. Grr. It's the weekend so I am not dieting but am going to as of Monday.
So today was a 'normal food' day. I had;
Noodles 500 cals or so with tomato sauce.
Then I had a nap-this week's been hard! In the evening I had broccoli, braized tofu, tomatoes , nuts/seed mix with stock and chilli and pepper to make the sauce...really nice it was!
But it gave me belly ache.
Later on I had a bottle of wine (it's Saturday!)
And a few bits of nut/seed mix and 3 microwaved popadums.

quick oats w/ agave, LSA and passionfruit pulp
2 cups of miso
a mexican burrito with some toffutti (ran out of avo)
5 peices of licorice
2 glasses of cranberry juice
4 peices of watermelon....

and dinner... who knows...

EP - did you manage to make something amazing with your watercress and three mushrooms? :)

Today I had a brunch of nutburgers in wholmeal toast sandwiches with a yellow pepper and tomatoes and half an avocado, and a papaya frozen Smooze
Afternoon I had a whole small-medium pineapple and a banana
Dinner was baked potato with the other half avocado and plamil mayo, and a homemade roll with sunflower spread

bite of semi-sweet bakers chocolate (my dog stole the rest of the square :eek:)
Boca burger on Ezekiel w Vegenaise, pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard
stir fry- shredded bean curd, Chinese cabbage and baby bok choy, chopped onion and ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, lemon juice, Braggs liquid aminos
polenta with chili beans

shephard's pie filled tempeh, lentils, and veggies (chicago diner cookbook) topped with gravy

B: peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich
L: South Indian meal out :) I had salad and popadoms and coconut chutney and mango chutney and lemon chutney and aubergine fritters, and poori and rice and channa masala and aubergine curry and some kind of dahl and something which I think was turnips and green beans. All delicious :)
Afternoon: 1 fig and 1 piece of dark chocolate, and another peanut butter and jam sandwich after work.
Dinner: I have broccoli and carrots and a pepper which I'll probably sort of fry/steam, and I think I'm going to make a garlicy white sauce to go over them.

Smallish bowl of oats w/ soymilk
Green tea and savoury biscuits w/ avocado
Two pieces whole meal rye bread (infused w/ quinoa and lentils and other seeds) w/ tofu, alfalfa sprouts and chickpeas
A pear
Some home made cookies! Made them coffee instead of vanilla :cool:
Banana and a plum and a piece of that toasted quinoa bread for dinner

Woke up at 5am after a nightmare and being tired always confuses my body into thinking it's hungry :(

B: Peanut butter and raspberry jam in a bread roll. Then some toast with more jam.
L: 'Mexican pasty' - hot spicy veg and beans in puff pastry. Lentil and tomato flan. An apple. few squares of Moo Free chocolate (nice, but I still prefer Organica couverture bar, I think).
Afternoon: small handful of hazelnuts. Multivitamin.
D: Big head of brocolli cooked with an onion, a carrot, tofu, garlic, cayenne, ginger and a squirt of tomato ketchup, with a side of potato waffles. Papaya frozen Smooze.

Drinks: Water and peppermint tea.

lunch: faux chiciken strips in veggies w soysauce. necatrine for desert
dinner: can of amys veggi soup
snack: cup of mangoes, cup of strawberrys

a bowl of sultana bran with skim milk
three bowls of freshly made pumpkin soup (and two peices of toast)
a glass of lite ginger ale
a big bag of smiths sweet chilli chips (yeah I feel sick now)

and i'll probably have a vegan tim tam later...it's been a bad bad day

B: glass of orange juice, glass of apple and mango juice, 2 hazelnuts, 1 square of raw probiotic chocolate with coconut, 1 square moo-free choc, 2 multigrain crackers.
L: South Indian buffet! 3 types of chutney, poppadoms, salad, lentil dougnuts, rice, potato and aubergine curry, channa masala, small masala dosa, poori, and semolina pineapple pudding :D
D: a delicious ripe mango, followed by mashed avocado dressed with vinegar and ground black pepper on toast with some tomato halves on top. Multivitamin, just in case ;)
Drinks other than the juice: Water, peppermint tea and a cheeky mug of Clipper fairtrade cocoa (didn't bother with a 'milk', just made it up with water and it was lovely).

quinoa, red onion, beetroot, romaine lettuce, tomatoes,chickpeas in a slad with cranberry and balsamic dressing

noodles, red peppers, garlic ginger, red onions, seitan (cry)

3 small spuds as slimming world chips with mustard. rghghghhhhh

alpro soya choc pud

oops. amended. plus more beetroot, shaved carrots, olives, tahini, cashews, tomatoes, marinated pepper.
i just feel like eating all the time atm again!! :0(
