peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich on whole grain bread
spicy red pepper hummus on nut crackers
2 clementines
brazil nuts
dates
brown basmati rice
faux chicken strips, carrots, green beans, broccoli w/ soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar
2 mini spring rolls w/ sauce
chocolate chip cookies
teas (chamomile spice, black decaf)

its really helping me to write down in here.

banana

big coffee in lovely cafe
another banana and an apple
coolslaw (cabbage, carrots,red onion)..cashews, agave syrup, more red onion, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar)
quinoa borlotti bean and spinach stew..(that <-- and parsnip, carrot potato)
spinach, quinoa, chickpea salad..raspberry and balsamic vinegar dressing

at the end of the day i always feel like ive eaten way too much and really badly. this thread is great for keeping it in check and seeing wht other people are scoffing.

clif bar
salad w/ baby spinach, cukes, tomatoes, olives, celery, diced baked tofu, and avocado vinaigrette
1 grapefruit with sugar
1/2 a pita with baba ghanoush
caribbean curried black-eyed peas with plantains (appetite for reduction) over jasmine rice
gingered collard greens (30 minute vegan)
bit of extra rice with soy sauce/lemon juice

B: Handful of hazelnuts, black coffee, small fruit salad with a dollop of plain soya yoghurt and a splash of apple and mango juice.
L: mixed leaf and grape salad with oil and vinegar dressing, toasted wrap with more mixed leaves, roast peppers, mushrooms, pine nuts and marinaded tofu (at Buddhist veg cafe in town).
Afternoon: 2 squares probiotic raw coconut chocolate, apple and mango juice.
D: Hummous, pesto and pickled onions on toast, lemon and raspberry sorbet, multivit pill.

leftovers from yesterday.. quinoa stew, chickpea and quiinoa salad, bit of coolslaw
diet coke
more coffee
big salad, romaine lettuce, beetroot, radish, tomato, yummy dressing from afr, falafel, hummous, carrots all manor of deliciousnessss

Breakfast: Cornflakes with soya milk

Lunch: In my bento box- mashed potato with carrots and brocolli, sliced orange and banana with nuts

Snack: Avocado and marmite roll

Dinner: Pasta with white sauce & spinach

Snack: Two specloos biscuits

Drinks: Cinamon roobush tea, coffee with soya milk, multivitamin fruit juice, water

Can't decide now if I want something else...

I always wonder when people eat half of something like that - wtf do you do with the other half?? :D

Perhaps Im just a lazy, greedy git and anything besides munching it seems like a mission?

Still, apple and p-butter = legendary!

Yesterday at uni:

Green tea, crackers w/ avocado and a pear
Little fruit bar thingy
Sandwich: whole meal rye bread with seedy stuff, avocado, spinach and some alfalfa sprouts
An apple and a banana
Dinner was the same as lunch, but with a peach after
2 squares of dark chocolate
Lots of water (well tried to :umm_ani:)

HAHA....Ruby's meals always make ME drool. TBH, I feel like I eat like crap.

Today: (I was preoccupied and stressed so by the time I got around to eating it was dinner time)

cup of decaf coffee w/ coconut creamer
boca burger w/ cheese on ww bun w/ vegeniase, tomato, onion, baby romaine
french fries w/ vegenaise & ketchup
peas with earth balance
jokerz candy bar
tea (tension tamer, black decaf)

B: Raspberry Smoothie (Raspberries, soy milk, soy yoghurt, PB & oats)
S: Rye Cracker with hummus and seasame seeds
L: Salad with baked tofu and avocado, small portion of cashew nuts
S: Apple and portion of nuts
D: Baked portabella mushrooms in almond sauce with brown basmati rice.

breakfast: 2 cups kamut puffs. 1/2 cup of almond milk
snack: amazing grass shake
lunch: mungbeans/brussel sprouts stirfry. cup of beans.
dinner: quinoa with beans. nectarine
snack: cup of peaches and strawberries

all bran and soya milk..and later an extra bit of all bran i found dried and crusty attached to my scarf.

massive coffee and hazlenut syrup
jacket spud and beans
another massive coffee *gibber gibber*

tomato noodles, red onion, gingergarlicchilli combo,bok choi, a full block of tofu grilled with dif spices/herbs on =yum.
then spicy beancurd out of the packet
then 5 spice beancurd out of the packet

have over done it on the beancurd but its the stuff i can eat without being hungry shame shame

Haha, I'm sure you're none of the above! It's just that I'm only little, and I tend to graze so I don't eat especially large portions. If I've fruit left over it goes in the fridge/lunchbox or in a bag in the freezer with other bits of fruit to be used for smoothies. And thank you, dipping apple slices into peanut butter is pretty fantastic :D

Today...

Breakfast: Peanut butter and jam sandwich

Lunch: In my bento- left over pasta and mashed potatoes, orange segments and left over apple slices (see, that's where they go :p)

Snack: Chocolate cereal bar, cranberry juice ice-pop

Dinner: Chilli with brown rice and avocado

Drinks: Water, multi-vitamin fruit juice, coffee with soya milk.. will probably have some camomile tea later :D

What's kale taste like, Witch? Is it watery like iceberg lettuce or does it have any flavour to it?

I ate completely raw today, I think :p(unless salt isn't considered raw). Celery, carrots, spinach, strawberries, apples, oranges, watermelon, and an assortment of nuts :) Feeling pretty good, except I've got so much sugar running through me I can't seem to get to sleep. Maybe should have stopped eating around 8 or so :p

amazing grass shake : amazing grass shake(110cals), half cup almond milk(20cals), cup of strawberries(40cals)

dinner: (265 cals):
eggplant salad(135 cals), 3 rice cakes(40cals), 20 bursselsprouts(90 cals)

snack: (130 cals):
cup of mango(90 cals). cup of strawberries(40 cals)

Gothdragon I hope you're going to eat more than that, that's less calories than a starvation diet!
