I agree. And from my point of view, it's VERY triggering to read posts with calorie info, especially when it's obvious you're not eating enough. :(

Breakfast: Cornflakes with soya milk

Snack: Orange (which I thought was seedless but actually had seeds I had to remove.. whilst on the train! No one would sit next to me :p)

Lunch: Pasta with olive oil and salt, about 5 digestive biscuits with peanut butter and jam, a lemonade ice-pop

Dinner: Chilli and rice with guacamole

Snack: 4 squares of cinnamon dark chocolate

Drinks: The usual... water, multi-vit fruit juice, coffee with soya milk

Gywdion- I haven't actually added raisons, I should, it sounds yummy!
Fondducouer- The bars you have for breakfast always sound so yummy!
Veganwitch- I know everyone says this to you, but you always have such nice sounding teas!

What's kale taste like, Witch? Is it watery like iceberg lettuce or does it have any flavour to it?

Hm, I'm not sure how to describe the taste, but it is nothing like lettuce. Not watery at all. I think of it as earthy and nutty. But then I think of myself as earthy and nutty too.....hahaha.

Thanks Blueberries! I never get tired of hearing it :-)

Our grocery store sells it in large quantities. Don't really want to buy a whole bundle of it if I wont end up eating it :p

^Backspace, I really love the taste of kale, even though I couldn't quite describe it...lol. Especially if you saute some garlic, steam the kale, add the sauteed garlic and drizzle w/ sesame oil......mmmmmm.

Lol, that does sound good :p I'll have to pick some up and see how it is. I was looking at it for when I'm eating raw, but I haven't been a big fan of uncooked foods so far...

from asda? ive been naively eating kellogs for a time. the search began for veggie ones, most supermarket own brands are okay. tbh i prefer the taste of kelogs *looks suitably shamefaced*

today ive had

more effin bran sticks soya milk and a squeeze of sweet freedom
black coffee
oh dear..it went wrong here..
a wholewheat wrap, romaine lettuce, enough mustard to drown a critter, 2 beanie burgers.

i promptly fell asleep for 4 hours. cant handle bread without having a doze it seems.

enormous bowl of coleslaw (carrots, cabbage, onions, cashew nuts, agave, mustard, vinegar)
banana
pepsi max

*weeps*

B: Bread roll and a cup of hot chocolate, which I dipped the roll into, continental style! Then had a cup of coffee.
L: Spicy bean pasty, and "beets me" organic sandwich (beetroot, ginger and sprouts - not bad, could have done with a dressing of some kind to jazz it up), lemon and lime This Water drink.
Snack: Banana, handful of japanese seaweed rice crackers
D: Creamy mushroom Clive's Pie, spicy potato wedges, pea soup with a lot of garlic, multivitamin pill.
Water throughout day.
