Hello Vegan Friends :+)

Well I had the usual breakfast:
6x large bananas in a big smoothie (only bananas mixed with water) 100% fresh bananas only.
1x apple - I chewed on

Take care ;)

white chocolate wonderful peanut butter

That sounds almost too decadent to be allowed exist!!!

Today:

Cornflakes (own-brand, not Kelloggs...I'm still angry with Kellogs over the vitamin D thing!) with soya milk

Earl Grey green tea

Massive ciabatta bread roll split into two pieces, both with salad/pepper and one part with ali-oli sauce and curried tofu, the other with mushroom paté and refried beans. Fruit juice.

Giant cup of coffee with soya milk and two Specloos biscuits.

I'll probably have some fruit and yogurt in a while.

I'll do my whole day for yesterday, am eating in a different way than I used to but I'm slowly starting to get lazy again :/

Breakfast: 2 Chocolate weetabix with sunflower seed milk

Snack: Raw chocolate mousse & raw vanilla creme

Lunch: Spicy lentil soup with black olive bread

Snack: Leftover mousse and creme, sweet chili sunbites crisps

Dinner: Chicken-style seitan (which I snack on just before dinner!), brown basmati rice, vegetable jalfrezi and seeded pitta bread

Snack: Chocolate-covered coffee beans, chicken seitan

Too much snacking because I wasn't feeling full enough, bad!! And I rarely snack after dinner now as it's my downfall :p

Heya Rooey, now I'm curious about sunflower seed milk! Is it nice? Do you make it yourself or do you buy it?

I made it myself, Blueberries! I got my 'milk' maker device out which grinds everything up and makes it for you :) It is quite nice, and you can always add sweetener if you need it.

Oh, it's quite real alright. I found it at a health food store. Now I wish I bought more than one. I can't get back there till the weekend so I hope they will still have it. I think it was leftover from Valentines' Day. The company is The Republic Of Tea
