huge oatmeal-date-nut scone
a clementine
mock chicken salad w/ lettuce on toasted ww bun
dill pickle
grape tomatoes
bbq potato chips
couple squares peppermint crunch dark chocolate
1/2 baked potato w/ sour cream
mock chicken nuggets, some w/ buffalo sauce, some w/ mustard & agave
corn and peas w/ earth balance
few spoonfuls of dark chocolate pnb (this was neither sweet enough nor chocolate enough)
lots of veggie chips (because I have zero willpower)
teas (strawberry-chocolate rooibos, green chai, christmas eve, mayan cocoa spice, black)

I've been eating really weird stuff/at weird times so excuse the strangeness of my diet:

B: Pasta w/ dairy free cheese sauce and broccoli (yeah, that's right. pasta for breakfast... haha)
L: White + plain Chocolate buttons
D: Dorset cereals low fat flakes w/ alpro soya light

My diet is backwards |: Should have started with cereal and ended on pasta. I'm so odd :eek: I've also ran out of food in the cupboards hence the chocolate for lunch.

veggie turkey loaf with Vegenaise on 2 slices Ezekiel

Gardein chef Tal Ronnen came to our Wegmans... I had to work all day but my so brought me stuff for dinner. I had 2 tofu crab cakes with beet/apple relish, peas, corn and tomatoes and cashew horseradish cream, Gardein Chick'n Scallopini with Vegan Beurre Blan (yummy yummy white sauce), Chick'n Piccata and Tempeh creole with brown rice. so good.

Tempeh sandwich, Apple, Pear, Nakd Nudie Bar.
Fried Rice, Chikin & Tempeh & Veg Kebabs
Vanilla Pudding and Strawberries
Couple more apples and a pear
German smoke beer followed by Vodka

Tempeh "Tuna" salad sandwich, Apple and Pear, Strawberries and Cremovita.
Blue cheezly quiche, salad, Hot Cross Bun, Mini Vanilla sponge cake
More fruit

Megrainbows, there is nothing wrong with a good bowl of pasta for breakfast (Pizza is better) especially after excersizing.

There is a theory that you should eat "breakfast like a king lunch like a prince dinner like a pauper", cos you apparently need less calories at night?

soy latte

dinner at Ponderosa of all places... I did pretty well considering.
salad- iceberg and romaine, olives, onions, mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, pepperoncini.
canned green beans, corn, carrots.
spaghetti with tomato sauce.
melon, pineapple and corn chips.

Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorites!


toasted pumpernickel bagel w/ herb and chive tofutti cream cheese
homeade burger on toasted ww bun w/ tomato, onion, romaine, cheese, vegenaise
corn on cob
teas (mangosteen white, lavender, black)

doesn't look like much but I'm stuffed. thinking about something sweet with more tea.
decided on a chocolate chip scone :)

I often eat non-conventional food for breakfast lol. Like soup/popadums/last night's Pizza..
B-2 cups of soup with noodles
L-bulgar wheat with roast veggies and loads of hot sauce
D-bowl of garden salad with dressing and vegan mayo-some more of the bulgar wheat stuff and a cup of home made mashed potato...

2 glasses cranberry-blueberry juice
teas (ginger, black, berry detox)

Dinner: Roast Potatoes, Redwood "Turkey" Roast, Stuffing, Gravy, Veg.
Vegan Triffle.

Peanut butter and Toast before bed.


Lunch - Leftover Panini - "Turkey", Roast potatoes, Stuffing, Veg and Gravy
Salted Crisps.

Another Pear
Dinner - "Turkey" Sandwiches, Salad,
Bowl of Custard

Lots of Alcohol Free Beer

I ate a ton today:
Breakfast: sunflower seeds, Steaz tea drink, soy milk
Lunch: vegan burger, spinach lentil soup(so good), fruit cup, vanilla soy milk, chocolate peanut butter odwalla bar(delicious)
Dinner: spinach lentil soup, vegan burger with spinach, marinara sauce, red bell pepper, and hot sauce(delicious again), brown rice with cauliflower and steamed carrots, seitan stir-fry,
served with music :D
P.s. Thank you to my fellow vegans here, I'm learning a lot

Lunch: Chickpea omelette sandwich with salad, chedder Cheezly, ketchup and egg/f mayo

Snack: Banana and nuts

Snack: Cola Cao w/soya milk

Lots of water :D

Having an odd day food-wise...

Breakfast: weetabix w/soya milk

Lunch: Omelette sandwich, apricot bar and a banana

Dinner: Was meant to be chilli rice but it turned out waaaay too spicy so I had some Cola Cao, a toasted cheezly sandwich, crisps and an array of Easter goodies instead :D

L: nutburger in a salad bap, chocolate coated brazil nuts, couple of chocolate eggs.
Snacks: Almonds, dried mango, dried apricots
Bad dinner :(: hummus, tomato, cucumber and mayo in a couple of bread rolls (bad because it was more bread. It tasted good!). I meant to go out shopping for decent dinner food but never got round to it. Oops.

Tomorrow is payday and I'm going to treat myself to a splurge on nice fruit and veg! As the veganforum is my witness! :D
