raw narna, date cinnamon ice cream
Kitteh, is that a banana AND ice cream, or the kind of ice cream you had? Either way it sounds yummy. I could see banana-date-cinnamon [raw vegan] ice cream being super yummy. :bigsmile:

yesterday:
tofu muffin with fyh cheddar (Roxy sparked an egg mcmuffin craving... I had 2 sausage tofu cheese muffins the night before... yum)
coffee coffee green tea green tea
salad- romaine, carrots, spring onions, celery, walnuts, nutritional yeast, topped with curry tempeh salad from vegan planet.
texas bbq primal strip
ww tortilla topped w marinara, gimme lean sausage, onions peppers and mushrooms.

It was raw ice cream made with a frozen narna blended with a few dates, a pinch of cinnamon and a dash of agave, it was very sweet and almost caramelly in flavour.

L: 3 avo, cuc, carrot sushi rolls w/ ginger chilli sauce, a mandarin, green tea
A: 3 gf choc chip cookies
D: brocc, green beans, mushies, capsicum in vegan oyster sauce with brown rice, a mini apple pie, water

Today:
Few gulps of pineapple, banana and coconut smoothie
Cinnamon and raisin bagel with Pure spread
Mug of miso soup
Cucumber and red pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
Toastie with a Tofutti cheese slice and 2 Cheatin' chicken slices
Lots of water. Some mango juice.

I was tempted to make some more tonight, but I forgot to get a narna out to defrost a little!

Kitteh, I really like frozen banana ice cream. If you like the caramelly flavor, you should try taking the dates and putting a tiny bit of almond butter inside, and then adding a pecan and then chopping it all up and mixing it into the blended banana. It's super yummy. I'm sure any nut could work as well, and I'm sure any nut butter could work too! :D I thought I'd share that with everyone. Heh.

Yesterday:
Black rice porridge sweetened with a very ripe banana, with soymilk and fresh cherries [and cinnamon and ginger]
Half a pink grapefruit
An iced black coffee
An insane amount of very tiny sushi [it seemed the tiniest of sushi I've ever eaten!? :amazed_ani: I've never seen such tiny sushi- even here in Japan!]:
1 natto maki [6 pieces]
2 kappa [cucumber] maki [12 pieces]
4 avocado nigiri
8 inari zushi [:dizzy:]
~A little shoyu for dipping and a few cups of green tea
Man. Writing that down makes me look like a big sow. Sigh. [it was great though.. so delicious. I really enjoyed it- since I've only eaten out a handful of times in the past 8.5 months, most of them being in Tokyo which was at a Pure Cafe [not very Japanese! Hah]

snack: cherries, coffee w/ soy creamer
lunch: paella w/ tempeh, seitan & beans, a pear
snack: almonds, cashews & raisins
dinner: jamaican baked veggies (sweet potato/regular potato/carrots & onion w/ pineapple citrus sauce), island rice salad w/ mango

No way!!! My friends and I all drink it because we thought it was vegan! We were all so sure of it or else we wouldn't have had it. It's served in vegan establishments we go to, so we thought it was safe. What a let down :( Cheers for letting me know though.

A small steamed sweet potato [yum!]
It was a very random day. I ended up not sleeping the night before so my eating was thrown off.

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.
1 fruit bar.
Salad: 3 types of lettuce, carrot, tomato, cucumber, apple, Italian dressing.
Strawberries and orange slices.
3 Oreos.
Home made guacamole with home made pita chips.
Roasted potatoes, maple roasted sweet potato, yam and carrot.
Salad: romaine, tomato, cucumber, Italian dressing.
2 Yves breakfast patties with ketchup.
3 Oreos.
1 cup of chai with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl of Corn Pops with vanilla soy milk.
