^ Don't fret Ruby, I has been a little piggy too, especially since Easter  But there's no special day for me yet :hmm:

Today I ate quite poorly. Mostly chocolate

Oats w/ soy milk
Strong cup of black tea w/ plain biscuits and then too many home made dark choc chip cookies
Tempeh w/ rice and kidney beans and soy sauce
A pear
Cup of green tea
Most of my last dark Lindt bunny
Dinner is planned to be veggie soup, the only healthy thing today

Just cereal so far in soy milk, and black coffee. I have some dandilion greens I am going to try to think of something to do with today!:p

I've only ever put dandelion greens in a pasta dish with various other stuff, I'd be interested to know what you end up doing with them Aylanna.

Yesterday I went to work between 10-2 with a 15 minute break in the middle so had to take a quick lunch. Ended up having the same thing for breakfast and lunch - homemade white/wholemeal 50/50 bread rolls with potato salad and tomatoes in them. Also had a chocolate rice milk carton which at least is fortified with a few vits. Came home and ate chocolate hazelnut brownie, a tomato and cucumber salad with a soya yoghurt dressing and a whole mango. Dinner was a potato, mushroom, onion and garlic stew-type-thing with peas on the side.

I've got a bag of carrots which I need to make something with today, as carrots have a nasty habit of going hairy/gooey on me before I've had a chance to process them! Wish me luck/suggest carrot recipes! :)

I am going through a fattening/unhealthy Oreo phase. I am having it for breakfast and dinner.

I had gooey, and therefore disgusting, carrots the night before last night, too. I almost puked after finishing them.
So, twinkley, good luck!

Breakfast: Porridge with soya milk, raisins and agave syrup

Snack: Spoon of duo chocolate spread

Dinner: Home-made lentil soup with pita bread and a home-made bean burger

Snack: Soya milk with Cola Cao

Drinks: Water, coffee with weird Soyatoo coffee creamer that curdles.
Has anyone else had this problem? Regular soya milk works fine for me now, doesn't curdle, so what makes the coffee creamer different? It says specifically that it's better for hot drinks *rant over*

You're not the only one, I didn't have a lot of luck with the coffee creamer I tried either - I think that was Soyatoo as well. What I did do a while back was put coconut cream in, which was very nice, although quite a distinctive taste, but it didn't curdle.

Today I had toast for breakfast, random leftovers stew for lunch with cucumber and yoghurt on top, and for tea I have had a highly unhealthy but delicious chocolate chip hazelnut brownie covered with vanilla custard and hot chocolate sauce. Not sure what's for dinner yet, maybe something simple like beans on toast.
