Haha, that is very very true! Bring on tasty obesity!

Today:

Breakfast: Weetabix w/soya milk

Lunch: Bacon and chicken bocadillo from Gopal and an amazingly ungodly slice of chocolate cake

Dinner: Home-made spicy tomato and red lentil soup with bread

Drinks: Water, green tea, red fruit juice

Haven't decided what my evening snack shall be yet!

corn and black bean soup
2 slices Ezekiel toast with earth balance

chocolate chip cookie dough lara bar
hot quinoa flake cereal w/ diced green apple, dates, walnuts, cinnamon, soymilk, turbinado sugar
orange juice
hot chocolate
2 slices of buttered toast (dunked in said hot chocolate)
shepherd's pie (mock ground beef mixed w/ ketchup, worcestshire sauce, pepper, onion powder, creamed corn, niblet corn, green peas, tofutti cheese, mashed potatoes)
chocolate cupcake w/ chocolate frosting
teas (green energy, mellow moments, black)

Breakfast:
- 2 crêpes, one filled with berries and the other one filled with spinach, chipotle sauce, tomato slices, laver, mustard and beans. (I have always had some pretty weird cravings and just end up throwing everything I find together)
- A little bowl of chocolate icecram made with a frozen banana.
- 7 small cups of gree/black tea with soja milk

Lunch
- 3 enfrijoladas (corn tortillas filled with bayo beans)
- Spaghetti al pesto
- Kiwi

Dinner
- Small bowl of leftover spaghetti.

Salad with green pepper, red onion, toms, lettuce, cucumber, olives, pickles, sweercorn and a sweet onion chutney
apple juice made by my new juicer :)
Green juice (carrot, cucumber and spring greens)
mejool dates
dried apricots
2 crumpets with pure marg, baked portabello mushroom, cucumber and red onion

Just powdered cocoa. The banana was sweet enough so I didn't need to add anything else. :)

B: 1 1/2 banana oatmeal waffles, batter, blueberries, and some mango
L: chickpea curry-ish thing, chili-lime cashews, and peaches
Post-run (will be): bagel and some edamame
D (will be): probably pasta or veg/tempeh stir-fry, since I still have to run 13 miles and do homework... I need to quit wasting time on random forums :)

Didn't really have breakfast, apart from a spoonful of raw cake mix!
Lunch: lentil shepherd's pie, boiled carrots, salad leaves, and for dessert coconut and lemon polenta cake. Yom yom! Tropical fruit smoothie to drink.
Dinner: Finished off the shepherd's pie, and have bread waiting to bake, will probably have a bit of that out of the oven as can never resist freshly baked bread no matter how late in the evening it is.

whole tub of Freedom chocolate ice cream (bad day)
raw stuffed (avocardo and red onion) portabello mushroom marinaded in tamari, lime and garlic, pickled cucumber, fresh cucumber and olives marinaded in lemon and herbs.
a few dried dates and apricots
coffee with soya milk and squash.
