Nakd protein flapjack

Dinner was Tomato soup with
Baguette & Garlic "Butter"
4 Mini quiches
1 Redwood cheezly bite
Large bag of Whole Earth SOgood paprika bites

3 Coffees
Jasmine Tea, Chocolate Tea, Mans Tea

I consumed a tofu and vegetable stir fry, rice, green beans, a vegan brownie, cranberry juice, and decaffeinated tea.

Breakfast: Two bananas and two chocolate All-bran cereal bars

Lunch: Houmous and salt and vinegar crisps, raspberry jam sandwich

Snack: Soya milk coffee ice cream, rice milk dark chocolate ice cream, strawberry sorbet from Gelaaati here in Barca

Dinner: Chickpea flour omelette with onions and seitan sausage put on a sandwich with ketchup and houmous

Snack: Cola Cao with soya milk

Apple, No added sugar apricot jam on poppyseed bread

Pear, Redwood beef slices with mustard mayo, salt n vinegar chip sticks

snacks of raw carrot & red pepper

dextrose tablets for slight hypo

Potatos, carrots, brocolli, sprouts, Redwood ham and beef slices
another apple
handful of strawberries
Booja Booja Vanilla ice cream in chocolate waffle cone.

Big cup warm soyamilk & spiced german cookies

Breakfast: Porridge with soya milk and raspberry jam

Lunch: Banana, leftover chickpea flour omelette with brown sauce

Snack: Digestive biscuits

Dinner: Pasta with chickpeas, carrots, roasted red pepper and spinach covered in pesto, lemon juice and vinegar

Drinks: Water, fruit juice, coffee w/soya milk

Will probably get some tea now...

Coffee (too much)
Bag of rice snacks
Some noodles in tomato sauce, seaweed with chilli and tomatoes
Salad, 5 popadums
2 glasses of cheap cider...

Breakfast: Left-over pasta with vegetables and chickpeas garnished with vinegar, salt and olive oil

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Big salad with breaded tofu, freezer vegetables, broccoli, avocado, salad greens, houmous and a bit of soya sauce

Snack: Cola Cao with almond milk

Sweet chilli crisps

Handful of Liqueur sweets

Dinner was Bratkartoffeln, Viana currywurst and salad
Custard and Jam

Drinks - 3 coffees, 2 teas and a yogi choco tea with soy milk
big mug warm soy milk

Lunch: Peanut butter and jam sandwich. Spoonful of chocolate spread

Dinner: Home-made cream of mushroom soup with bread

Snack: Mochi with red bean paste

Breakfast: coconut and lemon polenta cake :o (the anti-salad!)
Lunch: Roasted vegetable tart, nut burger in a salad bun.
Dinner: Garlic mushrooms, mustard mashed potato, tofu weiner, peas and sweetcorn. Tropical fruit juice to drink.
