So far...

Banana and orange
Chocolate cereal bar
Fridge salad
Free samples of paté with breadsticks, various plant milks, a chocolate biscuit and a blueberry muffin (from Animanaturalis) at the Biocultura fair (went because I got discounted entry, apart from the bits I got it was largely full of yoga mats and happy meat :( )

Now I'm going to make some sort of dinner.

cup of fruit- strawb, melon, grapes
tofu with broccoli and tomato sauce
2 slices Italian bread
B's making hot wings from wheat gluten for us to eat with
celery and vegenaise blue cheese
also have limeade mmmm (with rasp vodka)
also had leftover broccoli with garlic sauce

gimme lean cheezeburger on ww bun w/ onion, vegenaise, ketchup, mustard, relish
potato slices baked in olive oil w/ spices w/ ketchup & vegenaise
1/2 of a sliced and salted tomato
small portion of leftover american chop suey
toasted marshmallows, about 10 (I could easily eat the whole bag)
stir fry (mock beef chunks, mushrooms, onions, grape tomatoes, bbq sauce)
jasmine rice
mocha almond fudge coconut milk ice cream
teas (green pomegranate cherry, green energy, black)

That sounds quite epic, bet its amazing in a slightly guilty-pleasure way!


Breakfast: Porridge with almond milk, agave syrup and raspberry jam

Dinner: Bean salad with buttered bread

Snack: Microwave brownie with duo chocolate spread

Roast veggies (pumpkin, potato, carrot) and steamed greens (beans and broccolini)

Veggie soup (carrot, potato, sweet potato, zucchini all smooshed together)

It was! My husband recently bought me an espresso maker and I have been having lots of fun experimenting.
I <3 my espresso maker. I don't use the coffee pot [at home] anymore. :)

made a salad but the vegan ranch had curdled :(

toasted sprouted roll with earth balance and hummus
an oreo
creme brulee espresso with soy milk
gimme lean burger on sprouted roll (daiya, vegenaise, ketchup, pickle)
2 celery stalks dipped in Buffalo sauce
bowl of potato kale soup with onion, garlic, mushroom

I ate kind of crappy today. Spent a lot of time today getting ready for an event tonight and then at the event and just didn't make time to eat right.

banana-chocolate chip muffin
way too many veggie chips
few watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberry pieces
couple glasses cran-raspberry juice w/ sparkly water
boca chicken on oat nut bread w/ tomato, lettuce, vegenaise, buffalo sauce
celery sticks filled w/ herb & chive cream cheese and dipped in buffalo sauce (loved them, thanks Rubes!)
newman mint creme cookies
tea (lavender, white mangosteen, black, green, chocolate mint oolong)

Snacks: 1 roast potato and a chicken style nugget sandwich with plamil garlic mayo
