B: homemade wholemeal roll with sunflower spread and yeast extract
L: Brown rice noodles with broccoli, mushrooms, peas and sweetcorn and a tahini almond dressing, several mugs of half and half innocent mango and passion smoothie and soyamilk (like a lovely fruity milkshake that took care of pretty much my whole RDA of calcium :))
Afternoon: Bourbon biscuits
D: Chocolate-chestnut spread mixed with some homemade plain soya yoghurt, popcorn sprinkled with nutritional yeast and broth powder - need to go shopping for veggies and soak some beans!

orange juice
several spoonfuls of dark chocolate pnb
boca chicken patty on ww bun w/ spinach, tomato, vegenaise, buffalo sauce
corn on cob w/ earth balance
oven baked potato wedges w/ spices and ketchup and vegenaise
lemonade
jokerz candy bar
teas (merry mint green, black, rooibos)

Lunch: Large Bap with Scrambled "Egg" & Sosmix sausages.
Mango with Strawberry & Banana Yogurt

Dinner: Kind of King Ranch Chickin Casserole
Blackforest Trifle
Twilight Chocolate bar

4 Alcohol free beers
2 Glasses very low alcohol wine

1 Anthon Berg Liqueur Chocolate
1 Raspberry Ruffle Chocolate

Sprouted Wheat Bread with "Milk" Chocolate spread

sourdough toast w jelly
orange juice
blue corn chips with hummus
few spoonfuls rice dream carrot carrot cake ice cream
tofurkey sausage on Ezekiel w whole grain mustard
stewed and sauteed collards (Appetite for reduction)

Where did you get your chocolate spread, Firestorm? I've been obsessing about the stuff recently...

B: wholemeal roll with sunflower spread and yeast ex.

No lunch as got up late and then shopping took so long, but did have some salt and vinegar crisps and a pint of water and oj in the afternoon.

D: tricolor pasta with simple tomato and red pepper sauce, lots of garlic. Broccoli, salt and pepper tofu.

Just now: Multivit, vanilla custard pot with chestnut-chocolate pate (my attempt at alleviating the obsession mentioned above!)

Where did you get your chocolate spread, Firestorm? I've been obsessing about the stuff recently...



Its the new Plamil one, I got it from a shop in Liverpool called Dragon Indulgence but they have it at Goodness direct, Holos Foods & Auravita.

Fried chinese veg with black bean sauce

Carrots & broccoli

Chocolate custard with 1/2 sliced banana
Big mug warm soya milk

Sprouted wheat bread with vitalite

4 cups off coffee
Tea - Mens, Mint, Vanilla Roobios

2 slices stomboli (deli "meats" and cheeze inside pizza dough spread w/ melted "butter" and seasonings) dipped in pizza sauce
huge salad (spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, beets, 3 different beans, sunflower seeds, onion & poppy seed sticks, balsamic dressing)
another slice of stromboli w/ sauce
lemonade
buccaneer candy bar
teas (cinnamon vanilla, merry mint, black, cinnamon-apple mate)

Dinner: Pasta with mushroom sauce and lentils, green tea
Snack: Two cereal bars

Will probably make something else but I haven't decided what yet.

Steamed new potatoes, Meatless balls in tomato sauce, carrots, cabbage
2 Gluten free choc chip cookies
Glass of soya milk

Yesterday:
cashew/agave raw revolution bar
1 banana
fresh cherries
salad (spring greens, cucumber, tomato, green olives, dried cranberries, lf balsamic)
spiced eggplant/tomato dish w/chickpeas over basmati rice

3 different kinds of cereal mixed for breakfast.

Banana, Tofurkey, couscous and tomato salad for lunch. (I was really just picking through the day)

Dinner:
Tempeh fried with onions and soy sauce (with a splash of rice wine)
Stir fry - blanched Kael, green pepper, rice noodles, the tempeh and broccoli.
Threw on some lentil shoots and pea shoots at the end of the frying process and stirred it through. Came out rather nicely.
