B: Toast with sunflower spread and yeast extract, small lemon cookie, chocolate chip cookie (my excuse is I had to check they tasted okay before I took them to work! :o)
L: Pea soup with tomatoes and more toast
Snack: leftover chocolate chip cookies
D: My first foray into cooking from Appetite for Reduction: Chickpea Piccata, alongside some broccoli and polenta.

leftover broccoli with alfredo
dinner will be pizza with tom sauce, Daiya, mushrooms, onion and gimme lean sausage
and I'm sure I'll have more of that panko choc bar

Ready Salted crisps

Tea - Mint, Jamaican Spice, Cinnamon, Aztec Choco

Had to google that, sounds really interesting! Who'da thought of breadcrumbs in choc?? (well these guys, I guess :))

I got it solely out of curiosity, but it's delicious! Kind of krackle bar, kind of choc covered pretzel.

I was on the road all day and stressed and didn't eat until I got home:

mini pnb sandwich crackers
huge plate of barely warm lasagna (the power went out just after I put it in the oven)
bumbleberry fruit pie (warmed after power came back on) w/ vanilla ice cream
teas (nutcracker sweet, black)

L: Chickpea, lima bean, harrissa and fresh coriander dip with organic corn chips
Sn: 3 dolmades
D: homemade Pad Thai- rice noodles, garlic, leek, spring onions, fresh grated galangal, chilli, tofu, various organic veg, with kecap manis, agave, tamari, sesame oil, veg stir fry sauce. Topped with mung bean shoots, fried shallots and roasted peanuts. Absolutely delish :)

Lunch: Warm French bread with Vegusto Piquant Cheese, salad, apple, Branston Rice Cakes

Dinner: 2 Viana burgers on buns, salad, homemade banana bread

Lots of coffee

1 jammy sammy (kid's sized breakfast bar- pb&j)
leftover bhartha
about 2 c of delicious sweet cherries
salad with romaine, red onion, broccoli, chickpeas, walnuts, roasted sweet potatoes
about a cup of bbq and herb tofu (2 kinds)

dinner will be an attempt to start back toward a macrobiotic diet:

miso soup with leeks and wakame
brown rice with gamosio
steamed kale with rice vinegar
tempeh with ginger and shoyu
green tea

eta: 6 squares of Ritter Sport marzipan bar...

D: 2 x cheatin ham and yeast extract sandwiches with pure sunflower margerine (one toasted).

L: Fresh baked white crusty farmhouse bread w/ sweet vine tomatoes and shredded salad (beetroot, spinach and salad leaves)
D: Rice, lentil and aubergine snack pot from M&S and maybe a naughty second helping of the farmhouse bread :D
