Rice Crispies with a banana and soya milk
Grape juice
Coffee
Iceberg lettuce with Tofutti cream cheese
Pasta with black bean sauce, a red onion and a chilli pepper

yesterday:

coffee
3 home made skin rolls with lettuce, cilantro, cucumber, onion
dipped in sweet and sour sauce.
salad with shredded lettuce, blk olives, grape tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinagrette eaten with ww pita bread triangles.
plate of fries with ketchup (darnit)
little bit of leftover sesame tofu and veg w white rice.


today:

coffee, coffee, lemon ginger tea x2
eng muffin w earth balance
texas bbq primal strip
salad w lettuce, beets, onions, cilantro, cucumber, grape tomatoes, almonds, walnuts, crumbled blk bean burger, light sweet vidalia dressing
ww spaghetti with a marinara/nooch mixture and gimme lean beef style added to sauce.
another salad- same w/o beets and burger, with blk olives
diet soda

Gosh, I LOVE leek and potato soup, that just reminded me. :hmm: Now I crave some. :(:p So going to buy some leeks and potato tomoz.

It was really good, I blended it and it went thick and creamy! I'll have to make it again next time I have a leek in!

Today...
B: Porridge with rice milk and brazil nuts
S: Some mangetout broad beans with pumpkin seed pate
L: Carrot & apple soup
S: Some strawberries with blended walnuts so it was like cream
D: Quinoa, chickpeas, veggies
S: *loads* of porridge...i dont know why but i was just ravenously hungry, its good though, usually i can only manage small portions and feel really full/bloated so i was embracing actually having a happy digestive system :) I could eat again now but will prob go to bed instead, its weird feeling hunger!!

I love leek and tatty soup too.

I'm at my parent's place in Cornwall and my Mum made yummy grilled vegetables (courgette, peppers, mushrooms, onions) with steamed cauli, broccoli and potato. :thumbsup:

yesterday:
coffee x2
bowl of cinnamon total with soy milk
hot n spicy shitake mushroom primal strip
thai peanut primal strip (sooo good)
1/2 pkg baked ore ida onion rings
sauteed spinach, mushroom, pepper, onions, tomatoes with ginger and lemon juice
beer and popcorn with nutritional yeast/salt

so far today:
coffee x2
green tea x2
can of vegetarian chili with ww crackers
lettuce salad with crumbled okara burger, cucumbers, olives, almonds, walnuts.
dinner will involve whole grains and steamed veg... not sure which yet.

Stupid junk food kettle chips got me since I got my exam results tonight! Will be better for the rest of the week I'm sure :rolleyes:

S: Carrot sticks dipped in my attempt at making tahini which was more of a sesame mush
L: Quinoa with avocado, tomato, alfafa sprouts, lettuce and a raw olive
S: Strawberry and banana smoothie
D: Baked sweet potato with baked aduki beans and steamed chard

Cucumber and red pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
Veggie pakora
Turka daal with boiled rice

Lots of water. Couple of vodka diet cokes.

Today:

Green tea
Strawberry soya yogurt
Black coffee
Potato scone sandwich with tomato sauce and Pure spread
Leftover veggie pakora, turka daal and boiled rice
Toastie with 2 Cheatin' chicken slices, a Tofutti cheese slice and chili sauce

Yesterday I was away working so I had a lot of snack bars!

B: Banana cookie Larabar, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries

S: Apple pie Larabar

L: Hot ciabatta w/ Pure

D: Crostini w/ green olive tapenade
