tofu saag over brown rice (skinny bitch ultimate every day cookbook)

Breakfast: Morrisons Cinnamon and Raising muffin & homemade banana bread, both spread with Vitalite

Lunch: Warm French baguette with Vegusto Piquant & Salad & glass of red wine
Sea salt & balsamic Vinegar Rice Cakes

Dinner: Twice baked new potatoes stuffed with Vegusto Piquant, Chargrilled burger, Bhaji Bite, Spring roll, Carrots, Cauliflower, homemade tomato sauce

2 German spices biscuits
1 Choccy Dodger

Glass of Singleton Whisky
Maybe some soyamilk and banana bread before bed.

B: couple of spoonfuls of quinoa, couple of pinto beans and a bit of potato (testing they were all done), cup of coffee
L: Potato salad made with sanctuary dressing and leftover chickpea piccata, lemon juice in water.
PM: Chocolate pecan brownie, multivitamin
D: Quinoa and pinto bean salad, tamarind barbecue tempeh and sweet potatoes, more potato salad (another lot of potatoes with a different version of the dressing as it turned out the original potato salad had bits of plastic I'd accidentally blended in!), lettuce, tropical fruit juice and water to drink.

B:Yeast extract and pure sunflower margerine on toast.
L:Mushroom stir-fry (beansprouts, courgettes, carrots, red pepper and soy sauce) with noodles.
Dinner:Spicy veg soup (carrot,celery,tomato,courgette,veg stock and tobasco sauce)

Coffee with soy milk and squash.

Snack: red oak lettuce and kale salad with sunflower seeds and shiitake sesame vinegarette
cold quinoa salad with cranberries, peppers, mint leaves and oil
handful of strawberries

glass of OJ with 2 Tbs of molasses

D: Ratatouie, new pots and fried chestnut mushrooms.

This is one of the few days I can post without any shame!!!!!!

B: Bowl of fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, plum, banana) and a glass of pure O/J
L: Nakd cocoa orange bar
D: Tortilla wraps filled w/ lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, mushroom, vine tomatoes, mixed seeds and a drizzle of hemp oil

After all that healthy stuff, I feel a bowl of Rice Krispies for supper would be acceptable :D

They were nice (didn't look as nice as yours though), I didn't have all the spices for the berbere so I just used what I had. I made it last night to have tonight and tomorrow and I think it tasted nicer cold than warm (might try making some to put in wraps etc). I will make it again but I think I will make Cholent from Veganomicon next.

Breakfast: Leftover rice with lentils, peas and spinach with some tomato sauce and Marmite mixed in.
Snack: Digestives
Lunch: Gopal chicken burger and a slice of chocolate cake
Dinner: Roll with baked beans, sliced carrots and salad greens
Dessert: Kiwi with pineapple and passionfruit soya yogurt
Snack: More digestives

Drinks: Green tea, Club Mate Cola, water, Schweppes tonic water

Breakfast: Museli with a few dried apricots and hemp milk, glass of squash.

Lunch: Bowl of coco pops with vanilla soya milk, pear, vimto.

Dinner: Vegetable pastie, jelly tots, bowl of rice puffs with hemp milk, raspberry liquorice thing, chilli nuts, squash.

Err... At least I took my vitamins... :S
