B: Homemade bread roll with strawberry preserves and granovita whipping cream-type-stuff, coffee
L: A small apple, a pineapple and kiwi milkshake/smoothie, another strawberry and cream roll since the first one was so lush.
Teatime: Quinoa with onions, carrot, garlic and pasta sauce, with a dollop of tofu-basil spread.

Lunch: Sandwich - Half "Ham" and Vegusto Cheese, half "Ham" and scrambled "egg"
Small mandarin & banana trifle

Dinner: Bread, scrambled "egg" with Vegusto cheese, "Ham", Bhaji Dippas, pickles and salad
Large mandarin and banana trifle
Gomaxgo Cleo peanut butter cups

Breakfast: Cornflakes w/soya milk
Lunch: Chickpea scramble with avocado, sautéed onion, chopped carrot, roasted red pepper and ketchup and, separately, a banana
Snack: Smoky flavoured crisps
Dinner: Vegan full breakfast (mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, bread, sausages) and a chocolate brownie in Catbar.

Drinks: Water, berry smoothie, lemon tonic water

crackers w/hickory "cheddar"
swiss chard frittata (vegan brunch)

Breakfast: Apple, Pear and Carrots - not very exiting, but I couldnt eat a proper breakfast because we had dinner reservations at one o'clock, I have to leave 4 hours between meals (for insulin) and cos I only crawled out of bed at 10:30 if I ate a proper breakfast with insulin, I wouldn't be able to eat at 1:(:rolleyes:

Lunch: Bakedbeans, baked potato, chips and salad - dam thing came with Garlic Bread even though I told them I didn't want it. I left in on the side.
Soy Latte

Dinner: Chikin & Garlic Mayo sandwich with salad
Tortilla crips
Swedish glace in a M&S chocolate waffle cone w/ raspberry syrup.

Shredder cake before bed I think.

tofu scramble with onions, mushrooms, broccoli
rye toast with jelly
2 pieces brown rice sushi with daikon
1 taro root mochi
stir-fried greens (kale, collards, chinese broccoli, garlic)
portabella cap with couscous and pepitas
aloo gobi

green tea
miso soup with leeks and kale
oatmeal with mighty maple pb and a glob of wild maine blueberry jam
taro root mochi
glass of wine
rice noodles with chinese broccoli and tofu

eta: chocolate with mint, popcorn, more wine

Why was I not informed of such a thing before?! If I didn't have a good reason to get the ice-cream maker churning before, I do now!

B: pear, multigrain toast with cinnamon

had a cook out today!
Snack: celery with peanut butter, lots of fruit salad, a few chips
L: spinach salad with strawberries and almonds, balsamic vinegarette
grilled boca burger with onions, peppers and mustard
D: 'chikn' tenders with bbq sauce

2 or 3 beers and a margarita

Nothing too special today.

Breakfast: Corn flakes with soy milk
Lunch: General Tso's tofu with rice.
Snack: An apple/banana smoothie.
Dinner: A sub made with Tofutti cheese, soy ham, soy bologna, tofurkey, and some lettuce with 'Chicha Morada' as a drink.

They are nice but just so you know they are chocolate flavoured waffle cones, not waffle cones with chocolate on:(. They are still nice though

Lunch: Tempeh, Lettuce, Tomato & Garlic Mayo Sandwich on Buckwheat & Poppyseed bread
Raspberries & Pineapple covered in 1/2 a Blackberry & 1/2 Raspberry Soy yogurt

Dinner: Scrambled Silken Tofu w/ Garlic Mayo on an Oven Bottom Muffin.
Pickles & Tommy K
Salt N Vinegar Frisps

Hot Shredder cake covered in soy custard


Lotus Tea
Soy Latte

Toast or shredder cake before bed

L: Cauliflower and potato pasty, tofu and roasted veg pie.
After work: Strawberry jelly poke cake.
D: Potato salad, a large red pepper, leftover quinoa stir fry (cold), few kalamata olives.

Too much frosting :o

Lunch: A plate of quinua.
Snack: Some Twizzlers.
Dinner: 2 spicy soy chicken patties.

Drinks: Water, chicha morada, and an apple/banana smoothie.

Snack: green smoothie with mangos, pineapple, bananas and spinach
D: huge salad with kale, dandelion greens, red oak lettuce, orange pepper, carrot, and sunflower seeds. shiitake sesame vinegarette
Snack: fruit salad with nectarine, strawberries, blueberries, red and green grapes, and kiwi

It's morning here, but yesterday I ate:
B: Soymilk porridge, banana and pumpkin seeds
L: Toast and Peanut Butter, Apple
Snacks: Pear, Walnuts
D: Not sure what to call this... basically kidney beans, onions and mushrooms in tomato sauce with quinoa/rice (http://go-go-vegan.blogspot.com/2011/06/bean-tomato-sauce-with-brown-rice-and.html) Trying to post a picture but it's not wanting to upload or link... :(

Today is going to have to be a naughty eating day for me...

It began with a slice of lemon cheesecake with chocolate graham crust, followed by lunch at an Indian buffet (channa masala, dhal tarka, aloo mattar, potato pakora, some fried dough, ww roti, onion chutney and watermelon... whew).

I'm not sure I'll be able to eat again today, but I see at least one more little piece of cheesecake in the not so distant future.

I'm thinking dinner will be more sensible. ;)
Miso soup, steamed kale, tofu and onions over brown rice? Only time with tell.

eta: close. I had green tea, miso soup, an oshinko roll (pickled daikon sushi), brown rice topped with vege sesame chicken

just thought everyone would want to know. :p

Treacle and pecan granola with raspberries and soya milk.
Black decaf tea.
Two slices of seeded bread with margarine.
White grapes.
Glass of red wine (drinking now).
I'm about to have spaghetti and I'll probably have some chocolate later too.

Breakfast: Overnight oat trifle - Oats layered with berries and raspberry/blackberry soy yogurt

Lunch: Scrambled Tofu sandwich, Weight Watchers nachos


Dinner: Italian potatoes, Viana beach burger, Carrots & Broccoli
Custard, baked apple & raspberry syrup

Drinks: Coffee, Jamaican tea, Lotus tea, Water

B: oats with black cherry alpro yoghurt
L: My colleague was leaving and it was her birthday too, so we had a big lunch together at work, it was lovely. One of the managers also owns a veg restaurant, and brought in pizzas, including a cheeseless one for me, plus mogo chips, aubergines and chillis in batter and various chutneys. I made a chocolate pecan fudge cake and a raspberry jelly poke cake, and of course I had to try them both to make sure they weren't horrible (they weren't!), and someone else brought fresh strawberries from their garden.
After work: small apple, multivit, dha supplement.
D: Lentil soup with carrot, spring greens, fresh ginger and garlic. Freshly made bread with tofu spread (based on Sanctuary dressing recipe but with no water or dill and added olives).

L: sandwich on Ezekial bread with italian 'turkey', tempeh bacon, lettuce, onions and mustard

Snack: everything bagel with peanut butter
D: big kale salad with red oak lettuce, cucumber, onion and sunflower seeds. shiitake sesame vinegarette

later I will have a bit of fruit salad made fresh yesterday :)

Today I discovered kale! Why did nobody tell me about it before? I baked it in the oven and it's yum! (pics/recipe (http://go-go-vegan.blogspot.com/2011/06/quinoa-parsley-salad-with-cruncy-kale.html))

I also had lots of fruit and some veggie pasta.
