Breakfast: Overnight oats with Chia seeds, layered with crushed raspberries, topped with kiwi and a cherry
Pear, doughnut peach
Lunch: Cheezly salad sandwich, apple, plain soy yogurt with raspberry syrup
Dinner: Home made red lentil curry, brown rice, carrots, kale
Chocolate custard

Lunch: Red lentil curry wrap, Apple, Nature valley granola bar
Dinner: Vianna Hotdogs, New potatoes, Broccoli and Cauliflower

I had a very slow start today and I left my lunch at home :(
B: peanut butter granola bar
L: crackers with peanut butter
an orange bell pepper
nectarine
watermelon
a few carrot sticks
I made up for the day with dinner though!
burger on sesame whole wheat bun with portabella slices marinated in a creamy balsamic dressing and grilled, lettuce, onion, sprouts and vegenaise. YUM!
kale salad with red and green kale, sprouted chick peas and green peas, broccoli sprouts, carrots, cucumber, onion and sunflower seeds, with shiitake sesame vinegarette.

Breakfast: Toast with soya spread, Alpro cherry yogurt and coffee with coconut milk
Snack: M&S jelly beans
Lunch: Roast potatoes, bean burger and peas
Dinner: Vegetable soup with bread
Snack: Sweet William white chocolate, Alpro vanilla custard with a spoonfull of Specloos spread
Drinks: Water, coffee, Roobush tea

L: Cauliflower pasty, Mexican veg pasty, fresh raspberries
After work: toast and peanut butter, an apple, several papaya Smoozes, freshly baked bread roll, multivitamin and omega 3 supplement.

Did you get this in the UK? I have been trying to get hold of some for months and the only place that has it is EBAY.
I've tried sticking Lotus biscuits in PNB but I dont think it will taste the same!!

Lunch: Focaccia with red pepper houmous & salad, bassets soft fruits, apple, pear
Coffee with soy cream
Litre of pepsi max
Dextrose tabs for a hypo
Dinner: Cheezly pizza, salad, go max peanut butter cups, cherry-blueberry double choc trifle w/ soy cream.

I'm not entirely sure you can count something you didn't swallow as breakfast, firestorm! :) (at least, I am guessing you didn't swallow your chewing gum?)

I'm not entirely sure you can count something you didn't swallow as breakfast, firestorm! :) (at least, I am guessing you didn't swallow your chewing gum?)
According to this (http://blog.goodnessdirect.co.uk/2011/06/29/you-eat-75-of-your-chewing-gum-whats-in-it/) you eat 75% of your chewing gum so it was quite a nourishing meal:p
I admittedly skip breakfast sometimes as it allows me to do things (physical like carry bags of shopping from Tesco) without it having an effect on my glucose levels, but I make up for it with Lunch/Dinner - hence the pnb cups and trifle!

Nope sorry, it was a very thoughtful gift from friends in Belgium. It doesn't really taste like peanut butter, so perhaps if you could try crushing up the Lotus biscuits with a little bit of oil, like you would if you were making nut butter.
