Breakfast - Overnight oats with Cocoa/carob, chia, massively overripe banana and rum (flavouring)

Lunch - Focaccia with Cheatin ham, salad, garlic mayo, relish
Banana & Strawberry Yofu
Pink Lady apple

Dinner - steamed new potatoes, Burger (Asda burger mix), Broccoli, Carrot, Swede, Relish
Chocolate Oat Custard with Raspberry syrup
Apple, Peach

Snacks - Aldi Rich Tea biscuits, Orange

Drinks - Coffee, water, cinnamon & liquorice tea

Breakfast: Toast, Pear, Peach, Choc Orange Nakd bar

Lunch: Kaiser bun with chikin & barbecue sauce, Pear & Mango soya yogurt, apple

Dinner: Sausages, baked potato, salad, chocolate custard with raspberry syrup

Snacks - another apple, mints
Drinks - coffee, water, provamel rice milk

Dinner - Cilantro Lime Rice & Tempeh Asado (both Viva Vegan)
Cherry Yogurt & banana

Drinks - Coffee, 7up, Pepsi, Starbucks Soya latte, wine

B: Overnight oats with dates, cashews, almonds, flax seeds and fresh pineapple

Mid morning: 1/3 fruit flapjack

L: Lentil pie and chickpea-mushroom flan, tomatoes and a blob of Sanctuary dressing on top, crunchy homemade breadstick type things.

D: More fresh pineapple, cold leftover beanburger.

I need to go shopping for more fresh stuff! I don't think I made my 5 a day today :(

Lunch: Cocoa-Carob, Chia, Banana overnight oats

Dinner: Homemade hot pot (made with mushrooms, onions, carrots, Viana burger, potato) & cauliflower.
Chocolate oat custard and raspberry syrup

Breakfast: Blueberry shredded wheat w/soya milk. Multi-vit juice. Coffee w/soya milk
Lunch: Pitta pizzas with pesto, mushrooms and (i) olives and s/f Cheezly and (ii) kale and caramelised onion houmous
Dinner: Salad with chickpea cutlet (recipe on the ppk), capers, carrot, kale and Tofutti cream cheese
Dessert: Vanilla ice cream, blueberry home-made ice-cream and a jam tart smooshed up in a bowl
Snack: Chilli heatwave Doritos and Sweet William white chocolate buttons

Drinks: Water w/lemon juice

Lunch: Large bap with Scrambled "Egg", Faux Tuna & Salad Cream.
Salt N Vinegar crisps, Limonene pear


Dinner: Muffin Crustless Quiches, Chips, Huge Salad

Chocolate and mandarin trifle sounds really nice.

Yesterday I had
B: Toast and chocolate spread
L: Yellow pepper, tomato and cucumber all diced up with tofu/soya yoghurt dressing and kettle chips.
D: Spicy tofu weiner, mustard mashed potatoes, broccoli, garlic mushrooms and peas.
and to drink I had water and then about 5 strawberry loozas topped up with soda water at the pub. Weird spending an entire night out with friends who were all drinking beer/cocktails while I was staying sober, but not as bad as I was expecting it to be :)

Dinner: Kind of Paella - Brown Rice fried with onions, mushrooms, peppers, peas, soya Chicken & soya ham
Alpro Mango & Pear Yofu

Fruit: Pear, apple, 2 Doughnut nectarines

Halls cough sweets
Taking Vegan Pic n' Mix to snack on while watching Harry Potter.

^ yours started off like a tongue twister. :D

today I've had coffee (black, unsweetened), ginger veg thai dish over brown rice, eggless tofu salad w lots o' olives, on 2 slices of "buttered" Ezekiel toast... a couple strawb's. Not sure what's for dinner.

eta: mac salad and pan fried bbq tofu for dindin.

Lunch: "Tuna" & salad cream sandwich on wholemeal bread, Sojade lemon yogurt, Apple

Plain Yofu with fresh blackcurrants & raspberry syrup

B: homemade bread roll with sunflower spread and yeast extract

Mid-morning: Organica couverture bar with almonds and raisins. About 45g of that, probably :o

L: Brown rice noodles, with pinto bean, mushroom and potato stew, peanut butter and a dollop of homemade walnut hummus.

D: Will be pizza at Pizza Express (probably the one with the asparagus on), as am going out for Orange Wednesday :)

Dinner: Spaghetti with mushroom/garlic cream cheese sauce and butterbeans.
