2 Apples & a Pear

Dinner: Brown rice with Mushrooms & Onions, Kale, Red Lentil & Veg Curry

Drinks: Coffee, 2 Litres of Diet Cloudy Lemonade, Hugh Soya Latte

Lunch: Malted wheat & toasted onion roll with Cheshire style Sheese, Onion & Tomato

Dinner: Tofu Yung, Rice, Cauliflower, Carrots
Banana Crunch Crumble

Snacks: Cherries, sweets
Drinks: Coffee, huge Vanilla soya latte

salad - with hemp+sunflower seeds, avacardo tomatoes and homegrown lettuce+green beans from the garden !

Dinner: Wholewheat macaroni with tomato sauce and sosamix crumbles, mushrooms, kale

Dinner: Vegetable, nut and tempeh curry with naan bread and plain Alpro yoghurt

B: overnight oats with almonds, cashews, walnuts, flax seeds, dates, soya milk and some really expensive cherry juice concentrate my mum bought for me which is supposed to be good for your joints. I don't know if it is or not, but it tastes nice!

Mid-morning: Sherbert dip-dab, Twiglets and a few rye crackers.

L: Really delicious lunch! Homemade coleslaw, with olive-tofu spread/pate and garlic-balsamic mushrooms on top. Roast potato wedges and carrots. Raw tomatoes and cucumbers. Beanburger.

No idea what's for dinner, can't think about more food at the moment!

Breakfast: Overnight oats with 1/2 Vanilla Alpro Soya milk & 1/2 So Good Soya milk, raspberries and Linwoods flaxseed, cocoa & berries mix

Lunch: Sandwich (wholewheat bread, Cheshire style sheese & coleslaw). Salt n Vinegar crips. Apple
Another apple & pear

Dinner: Steamed potatoes, soya chikin, stuffing, gravy, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
Vanilla custard

Snack: Choc chip PNB on wholewheat toast

Lunch: Fry's veggie burger on pitta bread with ketchup & olive-coleslaw, coffee w/coconut milk
Snack: Orange and kiwi
Dinner: Left-over curry with rice and plain yoghurt. Clipper wild berry tea
Snack: Toast with cashew butter and Marmite (not together, on seperate slices!)

Supper: Heinz lentil soup with pitta bread

Drinks: Water, orange sparkling water, coffee with coconut milk, redbush tea, multi-vitamin juice.
