Sauteed zucchini, broccoli, onion, and black beans in olive oil
Sprouted grain muffin with cheddar sheeze
Juiced: 5 asparagus stalks, 1 cup spinach, 1 peach, 1 kiwi, 1 cup strawberries
A million blue corn tortilla chips with hummus

Lunch: Pizza-Pizza tofu sandwich w/salad, apple & another pear

Dinner: Bangers & Mash, gravy, veg

B: Overnight oats with dates, apricots, flax seeds, walnuts, cashews, almonds, soya milk and fresh strawberries. (Made quite a lot - only ate half for breakfast).

L: Nutburger and salad in a bun.

Afternoon snack - rest of the overnight oats with vanilla Alpro custard pot and cocoa powder added.

D: Big salad with homemade coleslaw, leftover stir-fry, quinoa, mixed leaves, cucumber, tofu-olive dressing. Nom!

Breakfast: Own-brand shredded wheat w/soya milk
Lunch: Smoked tofu, olives, salad and houmous on a toasted sandwich
Snacks: Dark chocolate, an orange, Nairns biscuits, a packet of Hunky Dory cheese & onion crisps, toast

Drinks: Water, coffee w/soya milk, redbush tea, vanilla soya milk

One banana,
Two slices of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and chocolate spread,
One apple, one kiwi fruit, one clementine,
Two sandwiches consisting of wholemeal bread, tahini, peanut butter, crispy vegetable burger, sliced tomato and baby spinach leaves,
6 digestive biscuits,
Rice and homemade stir-fry (vegan chicken pieces, beansprouts and stuff).

Lunch: Warburtons sandwich thins with Delphi houmous, lettuce, tomatoes, Branston Pickle & onion relish
1 apple
Pack of Kettle salt and vinegar crisps

Dinner: Brown rice, hoisin mock duck, mustard broccoli
Sojade raspberry & passion fruit yogurt

Snacks: Houmous & carrot sticks, Aniseed mint imperials
Drinks: Diet cherry coke, coffee, soya latte, hot water

Had a lovely luch at The Hutch in Canterbury today: quinoa salad with hummus and GF bread, followed by pineapple carpaccio with raspberry sorbet. Absolutely delicious (plus OH and brother in law both had the veggie burger). Will certainly try to get back there soon!

No breakfast as usual, a delicious ratatouille made from my grandmother (the only accidentally vegan food she does, but she does it really well!) with pasta and homemade brownie. :meow:

Lunch: Grilled mini naan breads with houmous, roasted red pepper and olives
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Pasta with onion and garlic tomato sauce, kale, olives, broccoli, chopped veggie sausage, kidney beans and a dash of fish-free worchester sauce
Dessert: Plain yoghurt with golden syrup
Snack: Apple

Drinks: Water, multi-vitamin juice, orange sparkling water, wild berry tea

Dinner: Pasta w/ homemade sauce, veg and re-hydrated soya chunks

Raw banana pie

Drinks: Coffee, water, tea, Batemans St' Georges ale, huge soya latte

'Breakfast'-huge cup of coffee with silk creamer.
Brunch-two servings of home-made tomato soup

Snack-home-made mashed potato in a bowl with nut.yeast and ketchup

'Dinner' (got home at 12am!) salad, cup of soup, 2 popadums and another cup of mash. Ugh not good day for food today!

Lunch: Midsummer corn chowder from Veganomicon, Village bakery pane toscanis, Yofu

Dinner: Chickpea Romseco from Veganomicon w/ fat free Italian herbed dumplings, salad
Custard with Nakd apple pie bar as a base

Bed time snack: Hazelnut butter on toast

Snacks: Bourbon biscuit, Chilli & Lemon Crisps, Peanuts

Drinks: Coffee w/ soya milk, water, Liquorice & Cinnamon tea, Batemans beer.

^^Mmm, I love that recipe for chickpea romesco! And the corn chowder is great, too!

^^ I agree; its the first time I've made the Romseco and thought it would be boring, but its delicious!

Breakfast: Carrot cake overnight oats (oats, carrot, chia seeds, raisins, cinnamon) w/ Kara Coconut milk
1 Pear

Lunch: Bagel w/ banana & hazelnut butter, 2 apples, blackcurrant yofu

Dinner: Mashed potato, beans, veg
Custard

Snacks: Apple, nectarine, mints
Drinks: Coffee, Water, Beer, Cappuccino

B: Toast with avocado (hint of lemon juice, salt and pepper on top)

Morning: Sherbert Dip-Dab (surprisingly good for reducing heartburn!)

L: South Indian buffet - poppadoms, salad, chutney, battered aubergine and onion, rice, potato palaya, channa masala, small masala dosa and a flatbread the name of which escapes me for the moment.

Afternoon: another Sherbert Dip-Dab

D: Quinoa salad with cucumber, red pepper, tomatoes, avocado and a balsamic dressing, steamed french beans and yellow courgette. Rich tea biscuits with dark chocolate spread.
