Baked Potato with Pure Spread.

Aubergine stuffed with stir-fried brocoli, watercress, tomatoes, onions, grated carrot and couscous.

Copious cups of tea with soya milk.

Lots of water.

So far.... not sure what to have for dinner this evening yet.

Multigrain rice crispies with soya milk
Sandwich of a vegetable nut burger, Tofutti cheese slice, mustard and Pure spread
Green apple
Peppermint and fennel tea
Cucumber and pepper slices with reduced fat houmous
Green tea
Coco pops with a banana and soya milk

Lots of water.

B. (at half past five :eek:) Banana. Toast with marmalade. Lots of coffee.

L. Gram flour "omelet" with potato, tomato, mushroom and onion.

D. Vegetable stew (potato, sweet potato, swede, parsnip, carrot, cauliflower, courgette, mixed lentils and grains) and herby dumplings (reheated from last night).

Now enjoying a drop of wine (Co-op Malbec).

Yesterday:

B: Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi. Hot ciabatta w/ Pure.

L: Large jacket spud on a bed of raw spinach topped w/ roasted vegetable hummous. Side of thick sliced beef tomato, avocado and orange pepper.

S: Ready salted crisps.

D: Hot ciabatta topped w/ tomato and chilli chutney and plain hummous. Raspberries.

Smoothie with 2 bananas, blackberries and rice milk,
A plum,
A toasted bagel with pure spread,
A few gherkins,
A spoonful of PB,
I'm waiting for my pizza to cook, green chilli pepper and pineapple,
I also had an apple and a pear,
Lots of crackers with pure spread and a sliced avocado,
Steamed green beans with salt and black pepper,
Tofu fried in sesame oil with sweet chilli and hot pepper sauce,
Lots of water and a cup of detox tea.

Wheetabix with a banana and soya milk
Olive and sundried tomato pastie
Handful of bombay mix
Few veg pakoras
Turka Daal with boiled rice
Kettle chips with Tofutti cream cheese dip

Lots of water. Some tropical juice.

B: Millet with sunflower seeds, raisins and stevia (I was going to put sesame milk on it to make it like porridge but it had gone off a bit)
S: A pear and 2 brazil nuts
L: Homemade potato and leek soup
S: Smoothie: Apple banana, orange juice & parsley
D: Raw pizza with a buckwheat&banana base, aubergine, courgette, onion and pepper marinated in olive oil as a topping with a cheese made from pine nuts and cashews and tomatoes on top.

Might make a banana&chocolate smoothie in a bit, I'm not sure if i'm hungry or not...

edit: I like the sound of pine nut and cashew cheese on a pizza :thumbsup:

I hadn't been very hungry at the end of last week - it was all too hectic! I've got my appetite back now though :)

Br: An apple and a banana, and 2 digestive biscuits
Lunch: 2 BLT sandwiches with wholemeal bread
Dinner: 4 falafel, hummous, oven chips and coleslaw
Snack: 8 squares of organica chocolate, more tea, water

D: African sweet potato peanut stew with green beans plus some broccoli and served with brown rice, female balance tea, water

Mmm they both sound nice Kitteh.:)

So far I have had 2 cups of detox tea and a bowl of grape nuts with sliced banana and rice milk.

I'm going to make lentil and tomato soup for lunch and probably have it with toasted bagels with pure spread.

If I do go out later I will be having Pizza Express for dinner.

I am trying to be good from now on, so far have had:

Banana
Alpro yoghurt
Handful of almonds
Salad with spinach and good oil dressing
Sweet potato wedges and Linda McCartney sausage roll
Hot water with lemon
Lemon and ginger tea
Lots of water

Am trying to hard to resist the diet coke in the snack machine.

B: Bowl of millet with 'milk' made from a blended banana, sprinkled with ground almonds
S: Pear and 2 brazil nuts
L: Buckwheat salad with avocado, yellow pepper, tomato, cucumber, courgette, radishes, lettuce, hijiki and covered with tamari
S: Smoothie: 2 apples, spinach and ginger
D: Aubergine, courgette, tomato, red pepper, mushrooms, red onion and chard marinaded in olive oil, tamari and with chili chopped into it, over brown rice

L: Kalamata olives, manzanilla olives stuffed w/ Pimiento peppers, artichokes, all w/ olive oil for dipping. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberies.

S: 3 packets of paprika crisps and a vegan "Bounty bar" :D :D

D: Jacket spud on bed of raw spinach topped w/ roasted vegetable hummous, plus side salad of baby vine tomatoes, mushrooms and avocado.

chickpea, eggplant, tomato, and olive gratin over rice. baby carrots with tahini sauce. blueberries. raw coconut cream pie (in my bento).
tofu/veggie salad in a pita with sprouts. 1 avocado.

B: 2 blackberries and cup of tea

L: (early today I know) Purple Mash (i mashed up some potatoes, onions and red cabbage and it turned purple!) tastes nice but doesn't LOOK appetising hehe - having that with some baked beans

Breakfast: Vegan Sausage (Made from gluten, chickpea flour, spices and liquid smoke), Onion, Potato (All fried up together) + Left over re-fried beans
Snack: Orange, Apple cereal snack bar, Apple
Lunch: Fried Tofu Sandwich, Old (still vegan) green and blacks mini square, Apple, Orange
Snack: Mixed nuts and raisins
Dinner : Roasted Portobello mushrooms in a almond and pecan sauce (Because I have too many pecans), Basmati Rice
Bedtime snack: Sourbread with marmite
