Pie crust:

I use this recipe:

Filling:

400 g veggie mince
1 cup sour supreme
2 chopped red bell peppers
1 jalapeno pepper
1 packet taco spice mix
melty cheezly

Chop the jalepeno, and fry it with the veggie mince, taco spices and some water, let it simmer for a few minutes.

Put this into the pie-crust and pour over the sour supreme, spread it over evenly. Next, put the chopped red peppers, and top it with grated cheezly.

Put back in the the oven at 225 C for 15-20 minutes.



This is well yummy, veganized it a while ago, and someone how my mum made the un-vegan version today - only to say that she prefered this one!
