Just finished portion of Apple Pie from Garden of Vegan. Very, very, very nice. Next time I'll use a dash less sugar... but very nomable.

Just had two bean and "cheese" tacos, wheat tortillas, pinto beans cooked with garlic, and galaxy nutritional foods vegan rice cheddar slices (the best fake cheese I've had.)

I've just had a massive bowl of organic porridge oats with soyamilk and oat milk. 3 tsp of brown sugar, wheatgerm, linseeds and tons of strawberries. IT WAS LUSH! :smile:

I've just made something all by myself! *proud*.

So I'm currently eating long grain rice with sugar peas, corn, bell peppers and a teaspoon of sambal oelek. Great! :D
