I'm going apple picking tomorrow and I expect to returm with lots and lots of apples but I don't really have any recipes.
I'm crap at making pie crust but I'm willing to give it a try again.
Does anyone have any favorite apple recipes that they could share or post a link to?
I love baking and I want to try making something unique but I'm also looking for some good recipes for the classics like apple pie, crisp, cake, cobbler, muffins...okay some pretty much anything vegan with apple as the main ingredient :D

I'm useless at baking so apple crumble is about my limit (doesn't involve pastry!). Cherry has a recipe for crumble topping on her site: http://www.parsleysoup.co.uk/getrecipe.php?section=desserts&recipe=crumble

I sometimes add nuts and/or oats to the topping.

Another nice (non-baking) thing to do with apples at this time of year is to add them to a vegetable casserole. I find they go well with chestnuts and root vegetables. If you use tart apples it doesn't make the casserole noticeably sweet.

I love baked apples! Served with lashings of custard :D
They're also great in homemade curries and like Harpy said, in stews / casseroles
