Sainsbury's salad cream. After going for years without as I thought there was no vegan salad cream that wasn't icky I've been eating loads of salad sandwiches with a big dollop of the lovely sauce.

Oooh this sounds good - I must get some !! I still yearn for mayo that tastes like Hellmans!

At the moment I can't stop making a peanut butter satay type sauce for tofu.

I can highly recommend it. It tastes just like I remember Heinz Salad Cream. It's the low fat version and is labeled as suitable for vegans.

I was never a fan of mayo vegan or otherwise.

Sunflower seeds. I'm eating tamari roasted sunflower seeds, sunflower seed spread and sunflower bread.

They also look good!

Fresh fruit and veg smoothies. I have at least one a day lately.:satisfied: I had bananas, oranges and flax seeds this morning.

Also wholemeal toast with pure and yeast extract and lots of fresh spinach.

Peanut butter, houmous and jalepeno tabasco on pitta toast.

Strange!:D

I recently discovered how easy it is to make delicious hummous, so I'm currently having it on/with almost everything :D I'm afraid I may turn into a chickpea.
