This is for you Foxytina, so you can find it easily when you have a craving for fries :)

Ingredients:
- potatoes (or sweet potatoes) - as many as you like
- sea salt (to taste)
- olive oil (optional)
- ketchup/tomato sauce to drown them in :p

1. Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving on the skin (do not peel)
2. Steam the potatoes for as long as necessary, until they are soft but not falling apart. Meanwhile, pre-heat the grill to hot
3. Once they are cooked, if desired, brush (or coat) with olive oil and salt them to taste.
4. Place in the grill, and grill them until the outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy
5. Serve them with tomato sauce/ketchup

the oven grill, is just the oven. the appliance that you bake things in, such as cakes, cookies etc. im sure it doesnt need to be 500 degrees however.

i made this today banana. delCICIOUS. thank u very much for this recipe. i had two small potatos, cut them into wedges, steamed them until they were tender, than baked them around 400 degrees until crispy. i seasoned them with garlic, pepper, paprika and dill. i didnt use oil or sea salt tho. these DEFINATELY cured my craving for fries. i will be eating these alot lol. i felt so much better after eating them too. theyre so much lighter than fries. :)

I love to cut mine to wedges, toss them in a bit of olive oil, season them with LOADS of different spices and roast them in a 400 degree oven for about 30-45 minutes.

Yummy.
