PLEA FOR HELP! Delia Smith's 'Non-meat' Loaf

I'm going to a thanksgiving dinner tomorrow evening, and i've volunteered to make the veggie main. I was going to make Delia's non-meat loaf thing, but have conveniently left my cook book in cambridge, and i'm about to leave for London...

Would some very, very kind soul email it over to me? just list of ingredients and abbreviated instructions? I should be forever grateful!!!

alternative, if anyone has any alternative recipes knocking around for tasty nutloafs/lentil loaf things, please post 'em up :)

thanks veg curry :) in the end, i remembered cherry's lovely website, and made the nut roast off there. it was tasty and went down well :)

thanksgiving was great - there was one other vegan, so we had our 'own' mashed potatoes etc., which were HUGE portions...we were very full at the end of it - felt obliged to eat it all, since it had been made specially for us!!! hee hee :)
