If anyone is looking for somewhere Vegan friendly in North Wales then this is the place. Spent last weekend there and they couldn't do enough for me. When I booked the receptionist said the chef would be able to create some Vegan meals and she wasn't wrong.
They created a meal every night and even asked me on the Saturday what I would like for desert on the Sunday as the chef would make it specially.
I can't recommend the place enough.
We will definitely be going back. :-)
