Hi. I hope I'm posting this in the right place (I'm still a noob) and I hope this hasn't been posted already (I searched). I'm looking for a recipe for pita/flat bread that makes a lot and can be frozen or at the least, refrigerated. I've searched all over the web and can't seem to find any that says it can be frozen. Perhaps all flat breads are fine to freeze, but I want to be sure. Or...just tell me what you think is tasty but economic. Thanks!

Hi operasinger,
how did you search? (http://www.veganforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18668) :-)

(I just moved the above thread over from the Organic/Veganic section.)

I did a thread search. Perhaps I should look carefully at a post search as well?

Try this next time: Go to Advanced Search, and search for whatever you want info about in the thread titles only. If 'Pita' isn't mentioned in the thread title, it's probably not a Pita thread. :)

You might also try a search on 'pitta' as that's the spelling I've more often seen.

Good to know!!

I never have any luck with veganforum search, and that's probably why!

Probably. You can also save your search preferences – so next time you search, these settings automatically come up.

Oh, awesome! Yes, that will help tons in the future (searching titles). Thank you very much, both of you!
