I've heard for a long time that parsley is a good source for B12, and found some sites that confirm this (http://freewebhosting.hostdepartment.com/O/OmegaFarms/parsley.htm, http://www.menumagazine.co.uk/book/azparsley.htm and http://www.herbalgardens.com/archives/herb-monthly-archive/parsley.html). Other sites, of the kind which contains detailed listing of every possible vitamin and mineral in almost everything, don't even mention that there is B12 in parsley. Who am I to trust?
