NPR has a nice report on the latest medical news....
http://www.npr.org/display_pages/features/feature_1901288.html
Low carb showed faster weight loss on average over 6 months, but the same weight loss as low fat over 1 year.
The main points seem to be that low carb is not right for everybody, and if you go low carb, be sure to replace the carbs with good fats, like olive oil, not steak and butter :D
