Chili

I love chili but there are just too many recipes out there to chose from. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe I can steal? I'm making some this weekend for my vegan meet up group. :)

I wouldn't be able to able to give you the exact recipe I use, but as long as you use fresh chiles, plenty of garlic and cumin you'll be alright. I usually use a bit of tabasco sauce and some smoked paprika in mine as well. The smoked paprika gives it a lovely earthy taste.
