I am unable to eat beans, nuts or seeds due to a medical condition. I am currently eating Vegan foods, but am not getting my protein.

I do eat some grains, but not a lot. And I try to eat mostly raw foods.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would love to hear from you.

Can you handle soy?

Tofu is also nice and you can do many things with it. What about lentils?

This is kind of interesting : http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/protein.htm i know there are foods on there that you don't eat, but maybe there are others you do.
worth a look maybe :)

I'd advise you to consider eating more cooked grains. Not being able to eat beans or nuts is gonna make getting a lot of nutrients difficult, but not impossible. The nutrients in grains like quinua and brown rice are most present if you cook them well. Lots of fruits and veggies, of course, have small amounts of proteins. If you keep an journal of all the foods you eat, and most of those foods are whole foods, I think you'll be plesantly surprised by how the protein adds up. If you're not eating whole foods, you might find that your diet isn't giving you what you need.
