I think I'll give it a try. I usually make cheesecake with tofu but since Cauldron tofu is now all watery and manky, it will be interesting to use vegan cream cheese instead. I may even have a bash at the vegan Yorkshire pud recipe. Last time I tried to make Yorkshires, they came out all flattish but worse than that, they were harder than the soles of my shoes (not that I've eaten many shoes recently).

My friend made a raw vegan cheesecake out of cashews and fruit for thanksgiving this year, it was the best cheese cake... vegan or non vegan I have EVER had.

I have never found a vegan cheesecake I like, they are either "rubbery" or have a weird after taste T_T
