All of Dr McDougall's soups are vegan! They are delish. I've had a few of them, as they are available in my local health food store, but I've never seen so many of them online before. Yay!

They are great when you need to grab something convenient to eat at work! And so low calorie! So much that you actually have to add food to them if you need a lot of calories, like my bf does. I cook him barley or quinoa to add to his at work.

I tend to microwave them at work, because there is no kettle. It's the best when they are 99 cents! I end up buying 10 at a time when they are that cheap and stashing them in my desk. I find the Black Bean and the Pad Thai are the ones I get the most often.

I don't think I dislike any of them. I always microwave them at work too, but have to watch them like a hawk. They start to boil over at right around 1 min 30, and then I'm stuck cleaning everyone else's crusted on crap. :p
