I made some amazing ones yesterday! They turned out so good, better than any non-vegan cookie I've ever had!

I even took them to work to test on my flesh eating work mates and they loved them and were quite suprised to learn the were vegan!

Here's the recipe if anyones is interested.

2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup (one stick) vegan margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp water
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Splash some soy milk
1 package bakers' chocolate chips

Oh they sound really tasty. One of my resolutions is that I've decided to bake more cookies, I shall start with these! Thanks!

They sound really good. How long do you cook them for and at what temperature? Also, did you use natural pnb? Sometimes the consistencies vary and I'm wondering if i'll need to make any adjustments in amounts.....

I made these apart from that I replaced the peanutbutter with leftover sunflower seed pulp (after I made sunflower milk), I added a little bit more margarine as well. They were fantastic and I'm eating number six as I'm typing this! ;)

I baked these for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If I'm not sure I always bake them at 350F, then check about 8 minutes later to see how long they still have to go.
