I have been trying Cider Vinegar for the past couple of days, and my main prblem i have with it is that me legs feel very restless now, and sometimes feel painful (arms do too).

The thing is that i want to keep using it, as i have asthma and its doing the world of good :)

I usually wake up unable to breath, and even my inhalers dont help much. Since the very first time i tried Cider Vinegar i have been able to breath (scream it from the rooftops, i can actually breath lol). It was like it was stripping away everything (wont go into detail of what it was stripping ;))

So for me this really does work, and i recommend it to all Asthmatics :)

That is interesting. As for the vineger. I would keep itup. I was helping a lady named Delia. I will never forget her. 104 now and going strong. She doesnt use her walker as much as she used to. She told me she has been taking cider vineger for years and believes it is important. I am not sure how helpful it is but it won't hurt. I use it on my salads. I would like to know what other people here think or know about it. I will use it more if it has helped others.

I put a teaspoon of it in a cup, then a teaspoon of agava nectar in, put some water in (quarter of cup), mix together, and drink (not gulp).

make sure its the cloudy unfiltered Cider Vinegar, as the stuff from the health food shop is as much use as water :(

I have heard of drinking cider vinegar for weight loss. I know at my work (a grocery store) we have started carrying a drink that is all apple cider vinegar with some flavor added to it, and people are buy it! So, it must be good for you.

That's great that its helping you with your asthma!! Keep up the good work!

*ahem* the health food shop where I work sells the 'cloudy' pure one with the 'mother' left in it :). I'm glad that you're using that type.
