The seitan was great - the best I have ever made even tho I didnt stic k to the recipe. Kinda weird as the texture is so meatybut the flavour was good - thanks so much for posting Ruby. By the way what is chipotle sauce?

Convectuoso: looks yum. I love pea soup and cherry and almond muffins.
Peanuts: The cake is my standard cake recipe, but without any flavourings that add colour (eg no cocoa), so I used strawberry flavouring. The icing is a vegan creamcheese icing (I used Tofutti creamcheese), topped with sprinkles. But I think what you're really asking is how to get the rainbow effect! For that, I used the technique outlined here (but not the recipe, obviously, which is not vegan; just use a vegan recipe and the technique that this person describes): http://www.omnomicon.com/rainbowcake
