Nice pizza you have there! :D What's on it?

Just noticed this post now Blueberries, sorry for the delayed response!

redwoods sausage, mushroom and Tofutti cheese slices. The slices worked amazingly on the pizza, they melted perfectly and tasted much nicer than in their normal state.

Toffutti slices are nice melted, sometimes you just want that processed cheese taste! :D

Thank you, you gave me the idea to use Tofutti slices on my pizza tonight and it was phenomenal!!

No worries! I was pretty shocked at how good it was to be honest. I don't normally like Tofutti stuff, I only bought it cause the health food shop was out of vegusto and I had a serious craving for a pizza.

The top photo is a sausage, red onion and rocket sandwich from Infinity Foods - my favourite! The second photo is our roast dinner from the weekend - including Redwood's Cheatin' Turkey Roast, stuffing, roast potatoes and parsnips, broccoli, carrots, sprouts and mashed swede, with Redwood's gravy. Yum!

I froze mushy peas in to burger shapes then coated them in flour, then battered and deep fried in about an inch of oil. Will probably mix some pepper in next time for a bit more flavour but they were nice enough without.

Wow, I never would have thought of freezing them into a shape, thanks :D. Might try them when I'm back home and mushy peas are more prevalent!

My friend who lives next door loves to bake and often adapts his recipes to be vegan so he can share them with me!

Hi yo-yo!

To make the banana-whip ice cream:

Freeze 5 ripe bananas. Either only partially freeze them or allow them to partially defrost. Blend until creamy.

You can make other "flavours" by adding different frozen fruits. My favourite is a berry-swirl.

Enjoy! :)
