Firestorm That cake looks so good, I will have to make it.
And just saw your pic of the chickpea gravy, I am so addicted to that, though I do add some yeast extract to it.
Can you tell me how to upload photos? Do I have to drop them into something like Flickr first?

Yup, I use photobucket, then take the direct link to the picture, click the Insert Image option and paste it into there.

Haha don't listen to him! People are living longer now so 30 is the new 20 (says someone who is closer to the latter than the former)!

Someone said this to me yesterday as well - shortly followed by "and its better being over the hill than buried under it"

Some people seem to be quite insensitive around other people's birthdays, like those birthday cards that say '1 year closer to death'. Age is just a number, I don't see why so much importance is attatched to it.

Another try at adding a photo. Okay, when I try to insert from Flickr or my Twitpics all I get is a little blue box with a question mark in it, so it doesn't seem to work.
The images are .jpgs.
But I can give you a link to my sparkled cookies, this is my Flickr Sparkled Ginger cookies photo (http://www.flickr.com/photos/33196307@N02/8752601557/in/photostream/)

Hi Micmini! To insert an image you have to first of all upload it to an online hosting site like photobucket or flickr. Then you copy the image url, (it should start with IMG). When you are writing a post on the right hand corner of the top bar there are option buttons for.inserting links. Go to the 'insert image' button and paste your url link. Then your photo should appear :). It might be a bit of a given but make sure you are using the full version of the site. I access the site most of the time using the forum runner app but I use the web version to post photos.

Here I try again with photos, this time from photobucket - Sparkled gingers!
http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n158/micgabriel/Sparkledgingers.jpg (http://s111.photobucket.com/user/micgabriel/media/Sparkledgingers.jpg.html)Yay, it worked from photobucket. Maybe I need to pick up the correct copy bit from flickr (though I loathe the new layout).
Now I know what I'm doing I can try other photos.
Thanks Blueberries for the tip about starting with IMG, think it was that.

It was "In a pickle chickpea salad" from the Peta College Vegan Cookbook (Chickpeas, celery, nutritional yeast, onion powder, onion relish & mayo).
I would be very interested in that mock Tuna recipe!

Firestorm - this is the recipe I use, it's from the sexy vegan cookbook.
http://books.google.ca/books?id=hZf2VnK6qhQC&pg=PA104&lpg=PA104&dq=tuna+melt+sexy+vegan+cookbook&source=bl&ots=NWNXRyNB0V&sig=Hu0hiUz2_SOx47uIJfq314iXGm4&hl=en&sa=X&ei=DxmpUb61MKOBiwKGy4DgAQ&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q=tuna%20melt%20sexy%20vegan%20cookbook&f=false

It's actually for a tuna melt but I just like to eat it on crackers. :)

Thank you:) I do have a nice camera but I really do enjoy photography in general.
