Hey there, I thought I'd shamelessly plug my new site that I am working on, if that is okay. I've been working on tumblr for a bit but I've finally launched my official site! I don't really do this for any other reason than I love food and I love experimenting with food. It is not a typical vegan site, I designed all of the recipes, specifically to do things that have not been done with vegan food. So if you want to be supportive, add me on tumblr / facebook / twitter and see my new creations as they come out!

I know you came to plug, but hope you'll have a mosey round here as well :)

The Beijing Tofu Rolls look delicious.

No don't worry about that, I am a member of the vegan community first, and chef second. Glad you enjoyed, since the site is finally up I'll be able to be more active! Cheers.

Your website is beautiful. I love the looks of the Japanese dish with tofu/noodles/smoked mushrooms. And I agree with Twinkle, the Beijing rolls look great!
I love to cook and experiment with vegan food as well, but I'm not sure I could pull off the creations you have made!

It's too bad you do not have a restaurant, as I will be in Montreal in September for business. Any tips for me while I'm there?

Don't go to the vegan restaurants? Haha I half kid. If I pay for food I expect it to be good. If it is mediocre, it better be cheap. I've found the MTL vegan restaurants to be neither. That being said, there is a great Korean restaurant with vegan kimchi, and a wonderful south-Indian place I can recommend. Haha or I'd be happy to cook for you! Cheers :)
