Hello everyone. Hopefully this is the correct place to post this:

I need advice on how to gain muscle mass. I am male, 5'9'' and weigh 135 pounds. I currently work at a bookstore for 9 hours a day, and usually get wednesday as my day off, so I don't have a lot of time to lift weights. I haven't done any lifting since last year, and hadn't really put much effort into it back then either. I'd like to start again now, to develop a healthy looking physique.

I'd appreciate if someone knowledgable about weightlifting can suggest a proper workout plan/diet for me, or direct me to one already posted.

Hello - I'm afraid I know absolutely nothing about this but in addition to asking here, have you tried Googling "vegan bodybuilders"? I think there are a few sites and groups. Someone here may know which are more reliable.
