I've got several. Now I like popcorn, spiced baked chickpeas, and tortilla chips with salsa and/or a vegan cheese dip I just tried. Another of my favorite comfort foods is raisins dipped in peanut butter.

well the polenta is served in a bowl a rich mixture of mushed up broccoli, spinach, lentils, various seeds, chickpeas, potato and such and then the bowl is on a plate with side salad (lettuce, tomato etc with a vinegarette). Altogether it's rather nice

At the moment, it's cauliflower that's been steamed and then fried with smoked paprika and cayenne. I could eat this every day.:satisfied:

^That cauliflower sounds good. I'll have to try it. I always seem to be at a loss for different ways to use it.

Sheperd's pie (I just ate about half a tray!), lasange or pizza. Basically anything with an enourmous amount of carbs!
