Hello,

My Mom & I are new to veganism, we've only been vegan since April. We're having our first holiday being vegan! :D The one thing we both really enjoy is Panettone Bread. Of course panettone is made with dairy and eggs, which we can't have on the diet and plus we're both allergic to both! The other thing that we shouldn't have is yeast and gluten.

Does anyone have a good panettone bread recipe that does not have yeast, or know of a company that makes it without animals products, gluten or yeast. The gluten and yeast isn't THAT big a deal, the thing that is, is the dairy and eggs. So even if there's a comany that sells a vegan version with yeast and gluten it'll be okay. We both don't want to give up our panettone bread this year!!! :(

Thanks in advance for any help!! :-)

I'm thinking of trying this recipe for Christmas. You could use a gluten free flour, I don't think you could get away without using yeast though. The only problem is getting the traditional shape.

That recipe suggests using a pot to get the right shape - and I can't believe I never thought of that! My Panettone-deprived Christmases are finally over
