Me too! They say its better for your blood sugar to eat several small meals rather than 3 big ones... that's my excuse anyway! :D

same blueberries! i agree with you on a lot of things it seems. i prefer to have 5 or 6 small meals a day. for example, today:
breakfast: porridge with apple and soy yogurt, coffee with almond milk
snack: cup of cantaloupe pieces
lunch: leftover cold dal, leftover roasted veg, an orange
snack: oatbran with plain yogurt and freeze dried strawberries, organix animal biscuits (yes, for children but they're vegan and so good! not too sweet either), cup of tea with soya milk
dinner: will be stir fry veg (whatever's in the fridge) with mushrooms and cashews and rice noodles
then i'll probably have a dessert consisting of some kind of fruit, soya yogurt etcccc.

It's a biscuit which has two chocolate biscuits and then a layer of chocolate cream in the middle. Almost like an Oreo but in my opinion much better (controversial, I know!). It doesn't have any bourbon in it, I have no idea how it got the name! In the UK and Ireland they're cheap, widely available and usually 'accidentally' vegan.

I'd never really thought about it before, but now that you mention it, I agree, they are far superior.

Haha, that's okay Firestorm, always have to do people's jobs for them :p

I'm glad I'm not the only one! The only Oreos I'd buy are the strawberry flavoured ones the Asian market used to get in, but I haven't seen them in ages :(

Today:
- Bran flakes w/almond milk
- Massive salad (greens, carrot, avocado, cucumber, roasted red pepper, leftover pasta/kidneybeans/nuts) w/houmous
- Redwoods black cherry soya-free dessert, a digestive biscuit
- Home-made sushi rolls (I burnt the rice and natto, didn't realise until I'd made it and ended up throwing most of it out)
- Onion bagel w/houmous & salsa
- Haven't decided what I'm going to have now... maybe some ice-cream...
