Breakfast: Sprouted whole grain bread with sweet potato pecan butter
Snack: The usual nuts and seeds
Lunch: Leftover alfredo, an orange, and roasted seaweed snacks
Dinner: Sandwich on whole wheat with spinach, cucumber, banana peppers, bell pepper, pickles, and spicy mustard
Dessert: So Delicious Chocolate Velvet Soy Ice Cream

Vegan pizza from Mellow Mushroom: with Daiya, artichoke hearts, jerk tofu, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, romas, banana peppers, and spinach
mmmellow mmmushroom. love that place!

yesterday:
vanilla soy milk with coffee
last piece of leftover enchilada
Ezekiel toast heaped with
leftover pate
broiled tofu with bbq sauce
steamed brussels sprouts with vinegar

Breakfast: Chocolate shreddies with hazelnut milk, apple
Lunch: Pitta with seitan roast and garlic mustard mayo, alpro dessert, pear
Dinner: Tomato and roasted eggplant stew with chickpeas (VCON), cous cous, veg
Snacks: Velvet crunch salt and vinegar, M&S salt and vinegar crisps
Drinks: Water, coffee, alcoholic ginger beer

B: Oats w/ sunflower kernels and soymilk
Another three mugs of hot water (20 mins after brekkie)
S: Coffee w/ slice of wholegrain toast w/ nuttelex, dark chocolate

L: Roasted pumpkin w/ tempeh and spinach

S: Mandarin, half an apple

D: Brown rice w/ red lentil dhal

Breakfast: Raisin Bran with flax sprinkled on top and almond milk/ Slice of Ezekial toast with rice cheese
Snack: Pumpkin seeds and walnuts
Lunch: Garam Masala spiced lentils with tofu and garlic/homemade mochi rolled in candied ginger/roasted seaweed/apple
Dinner: Panang curry (I found a paste without shrimp at the local Asian market!) with various bell peppers and snow peas over brown jasmine rice

vanilla soy latte
foot long veggie sub on italian (lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickles, onion, olives, sweet peppers, Boca patty)
baked potato chips
hummus sandwich on sourdough (cilantro hummus, cucumber, roasted red pepper, lettuce, pickle)
regular potato chips
(too much white bread and potatoes!)

Snack: Apple and pumpkin seeds
Lunch: Garam Masala spiced lentils with and orange
Dinner: Jasmine rice with (homemade!) panang curry with tofu, bell peppers, and snow peas

Breakfast: Food Doctor Cocoa & Tangerine Granola with Hazulnut milk, pear.
Lunch: Apple, Nakd Nudie berry bar, pitta with Redwood tuna & vegan salad cream
Dinner: Goulash & bread, veg
Snacks: Banana, 2 satsumas, strawberries, salt n vinegar velvet crunch
Drinks: Water, coffee, tea, beer

Brunch: Bowl of chili with rice (taken from a crockpot full cooked the night before)
Dinner: Thai green curry with chapatis (I know, not very thai!)
Snacks: Banana, Strawberries

Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal (when I saw bowl I mean two + cups cooked) with cinammon; smoothie: raw lemon, frozen banana, stevia, ice/water. I saw someone mention the banana lemon drink somewhere and was intrigued so I had to try it. OMG it was good!
lunch: saute bok choy, apple, carrot, white beans with garlic seasoning
afternoon snack: 2 warmed corn tortillas with cinammon
dinner: whole wheat spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce including chunks of fresh mushroom and zuchini; steamed brussel sprouts with lemon juice poured over; almond milk

Breakfast: Tasty flakes with strawberries and peanut butter
Lunch: Salad with houmous and crackers, an apple and a Nakd berry bar
Snack: Clementine
Dinner: Roasted veg and toasted cashews with couscous
Snack: Clif Builders bar in mint chocolate, shared with my BF

Another date bar

Am going to have something else now.. maybe tea and Hobnobs :D

Lunch: Leftoever panang curry and rice with leftover lentils
Dinner: Ezekial toast with hummus and spinach dip and asparagus and summer squash with citrus seasoning

Salt and vinegar rice crackers with hummus.
Baked potato with baked beans and salad.
Vegan pizza with olives, sweetcorn, sundried tomatoes, oregano and a rice flour crust.

To catch myself up to today:

Breakfast: Kashi with flax and soy milk and an apple
Snack: Almonds and sunflower seeds
Lunch: Leftover Panang Curry and rice
Dinner: Portobello steaks with button mushroom and "au jus" with seasoned asparagus and summer squash

breakfast: sauteed tempeh and collard greens in lime juice with squirt of braggs; two toasts with cinammon and earth balance margarine

lunch: raw greens (kale, collards) with cooked white beans and fresh mango and a pinch of garlic powder; mashed winter squash; apple

dinner: leftover millet dish with sauteed chickpeas, carrot, green beans, brussel sprouts and an orange sauce poured over all. Almond milk, vanilla flavored. Later a banana for a snack.

also picked at some energy bars I made for the weekend. The recipe I used calls for white beans to help hold it together. Works well.

Lunch: Vegan egg, tuna & salad cream sandwich, nakd banana bread bar, tangerine, velvet crunch
Dinner: Roasted Broccotato Soup with Bacon-Flavored Chickpeas, pitta, iced & spiced cake, organica coconut bar, hazelnut chocolate
Drinks: Chocolate porter, water, coffee, soya latte

Lunch: Cold roasted broccotato soup with bacon-flavored chickpeas, scrambled tofu with vegg, toast, apple, pear
Dinner: No toad in the hole with vegg, gravy, sprouts, carrots, parsnips, swede
Snacks: Wholenut dark chocolate, ruffle raspberry, apple, salt and vinegar velvet crunch, vegan custard creams
