I have been getting some bloating symptoms from wheat/gluten recently and have decided to cut it out. I have other sensitivity/ intolerances, so I would like to avoid sugar and yeast too in these recipes. I am struggling a bit as I am craving wheat based carbs. HELP!! recipes needed! :heart:xx

I have tried many of her recipes and she has a gift for gluten free vegan cooking and baking. Her recipes have never failed me (I am not eating totally gluten free but my Mom has Celiac and I cook for her on occasion and have cut way down on wheat and gluten and flour in general just because it feels healthier for me). Her recipes use American measurements so I dont know if that makes a difference or not. I am new here but noticing so many people from the U.K.

hi,

i have celiac. i am a fan of this bread:

http://www.julianbakery.com/bread-product/purity-bread/

it's vegan, sugar free, yeast free, sprouted and low carb. and it's pretty good! i eat it with almond butter in the morning.

i use a ton of brown rice and brown rice pasta. i also am a big fan of hummus with veggies and crackers or corn chips.

for what it's worth, i don't recommend cutting out gluten without getting a celiac test first. if the test is negative, and you still want to cut it out, that's fine. but if you cut gluten and you want to get the test later, you have to reintroduce gluten, which sucks.
