B: Vegan full english with scrambled tofu, chard and mushrooms on soy & linseed toast
S: Apricot
L: Noodles
S: Apricot, Nakd infused raisins cherry flavour
D: Baked potato with Vitalite, hoisin tofu nuggets

Maple frosted corn flakes w/almond milk
Heinz lentil soup & 3 Ryvita w/houmous
Ciabatta roll w/tofu 'tuna' and greens (tuna made with tofu, beans, ground seaweed & Plamil garlic mayo, it was okay but not seaweedy enough)
2 date/cashew bars
Udon noodles, stir-fried veg & vegetarian oyster sauce
Lemon sorbet

Green tea, water

-brekkie: toast with olive oil and tahini, fried mash, onions and tomato, 2 cups of tea, oj
-Fentiman's cola :lol:
-lunch: chips and red lentils/veg
-dinner: pancakes with 'cheesey' mushrooms/onion/tomato, rice/bulghar wheat, steamed cabbage
-homemade brownie (recipe from Another Dinner...)
-water, apple squash, peppermint tea

Tofurky "cheese" pizza (two slices), Coconut water, carrots and celery sticks with my own dip,
wellness tea with stevia,

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Bread, chocolate almond fudge clif bar, apple
Lunch: Rice & 2 lentil salad with special fried rice sauce, salad, hickory smoked primal stick
Dinner: Vanilla Spiced Stew, veg, yoghurt with natures skittles (strawberries, grapes, blueberries)
Snacks: Roasted chickpeas, Tesco chocolate dessert drink
Drinks: Water, coffee, juice, beer, latte

Breakfast: Cocoa Orange Shreddies with Light Vanilla Soya Milk, Apple
Lunch: Falafel, Pitta, Salad, Plain Soygurt, Pear
Dinner: Baked Potato, Mamma Cucina Quiche, Salad
Snacks: Jelly & Tesco Dessert, Blueberries, Strawberries, Grapes, Roasted Garbanzos
Drinks: Water, coffee, Pepsi, wine

I just got back from backpacking for a month and my poor body is so devoid of nutrients!! Besides 4 days at a friend's house (who bought me a whole load of vegan friendly food), I've been making do with pretty much pasta and boring salads. So, since being home I've been essentially stuffing my face...here's what I had today:
Breakfast: Spinach smoothie with almond milk, spinach, flax, chia seeds, banana, misc. berries, and protein powder.
Second breakfast: Ditto!
Lunch: Refried beans, home-made cheeze sauce, avocado, salsa and jalapenos on a tortilla
Snack: Chickpeas with nutritional yeast
Supper: Kale salad and another burrito
Dessert: Vegan freezer fudge with some peanut butter and a glass of almond milk

I ate so much today...I feel disgusting! But my body seems to be craving specific things so I'm listening!

-alpro choc milkshake
-lunch: sausage hotpot, rice, cabbage
-snack: piece of toast
-dinner: 'brinner' made by bf- fried mushrooms and onion, toast, croquettes, onion rings, tin tomatoes, cress
-post-pub snack: ricecakes with Marmite, choc brownie
-water, tea, cola

breakfast: apple, 2banana, 6pear, cinnamon, soya yoghurt smoothie
lunch: 2 chickpea burgers, 2 bowls of rice, some raw pak choi
snack: papaya
dinner: 4 baked potatos, 2 chickpea burgers, steamed carrot, broad beans, green cabbage, brocolli
desert: soya yoghurt & cherries
drink: water all day.

breakfast: 3banana, flax seed, spinach & soya yoghurt smoothie, bowl of porridge made with rice milk, water + blueberrys, nakd pecan bar
lunch: 4 bananas
snack: 3 banana & cherry smoothie
dinner: 2 big bowls of beans with brown rice (kidney, chick, black & aduki cooked with mushrooms, tomatos, yellow pepper)
desert: 6 flat peaches with soya yoghurt
drink: water all day

-late night snack-fried onion/pepper on toast, ricecakes with Vitalite and Marmite, two chocolate mint things...straight before bed, not good..

-snack-crisps and houmous, Lazy Day chocolate ginger slice (YUM!), cup of tea
-dinner-tofu and vegetables in white (coconut) sauce (my FAVE!), rice, tin toms, chocolate cake (sister's bday, and my Mum made me a separate vegan one :lol:)
-peppermint tea, cola, juice, fizzy elderflower

too much food today...:zzz: especially since I want to lose weight, not put it on!! oops.

Haha, thanks :D. I get stuck in food ruts sometimes so I'm trying to get more variety.

:D I need to eat better, I'm just on these tabs at the moment which have the horrible side effect of increased appetite, and normally for sweet things/carbs. :(

So far:
Banana x2
Some walnuts
Glass of apple juice
Cup of green tea x2
Carrots x2
Sandwich with vegan chocolate spread and sunflower seed spread, with some chia seeds
Cup of red bush tea
Will have dinner soon. Have some couscous soup from yesterday, don't know what else I will eat for dinner yet

Lunch: Sandwich - Redwood chikin & beef, mayo & mustard & gherkins, Provamel Forest Fruit Yogurt, pear
Dinner: Cous Cous with Chickpeas Romesco, broccoli, carrots, sprouts.
Snacks: Tesco Skips, Strawberries
Drinks: Wine, coffee, tea, juice
